24 hour days sounds good, or maybe 36, or the option to ask for a fast day or something

The problem with 36 is that it's unlikely to actually be 36. High chance the deadline ends up at a time that's inconvenient for the mod and causes delays.
Fast day would have been smart...why did I not think of that?

I'm pretty sure you did, but we ended up doing fast nights instead for the meme
it also might be worth trying this format with a setup that can't roll a second killer (vig or SK). i think having up to two deaths right before every vote affects the pacing and general shape of the game a lot (not necessarily for better or worse, but it's probably worth seeing how the format plays when that can't be the case).
