In ELo or MELo, any vote by an anti-town faction declared as a hammer will be treated as such, even if the said vote wouldn't be enough to hammer the wagon.
For an example, if town A votes town B in 4 Town : 3 Mafia ELo, any mafia can endgame by voting town B and declaring the vote as a hammer, even if the vote is physically an E-2 vote.

I specifically need to make the kill so that me being the roleblocker becomes public information if Koishi is an Elite Bodyguard
If I flip to Elite BG it'll be Aya/Yuuka/Reisen/Kagerou, that should be very playable for you
Points to a Yuuka/Kaguya world, especially because the only reason for me to be making the kill over Yuuka is to play around your self-target. You can claim self-targetizer on Yuuka in that case

My active is mega phone shaped handgun and it will shut down a pt until the following day after its use
My passives are lunar refugee (ascetic) and esp waves. I send out waves and if they get picked up a hood gets made with anyone else that has moon ties. Which ended up just being other bunnies.

Also I was briefly in a neighborhood with larva last night, I assumed it was a lunarian thing since it had to do with the moon but Kaguya wasn’t there and I think kaguya is lunarian?

I haven’t looked back on the claims list but I think it can be narrowed down since multiple spell cards can’t be used the same night. Actives can be used with spell cards though.
