I do not expect the dethy to get easier to resolve as the game goes on. Someone's playing a very convincing scum game, and I don't see a way it's going to be less painful to figure it out. Yeah it sucks if we get it wrong, but right now we have margin for error, and going outside potentially reduces that. Yeah it sucks if we get it wrong, but it's going to suck worse later.

I strongly oppose wagoning Gypyx. Both in terms of the mechanics and because I don't really think she's scum.

Groupscum thief wanting to collect fruit is still low likelihood as claiming fruit is likely and it allows potentially dangerous levels of swing if multiple fruit go to the same person.

3p thief collecting fruit is reasonable, but I’ve seen no evidence of a malignant 3p and am willing to table that fear unless such evidence coalesces.

I think the wording of our fruits makes it obvious there is a way people can have their fruits taken, do you not see that bingle? And if it was a town way, someone would have said something by now. I can see your point about marci, I just find it incredibly unlikely.

I’m relegating thief to “likely scum redirector”/“potential hunter” status in the balance net. It’s likely that they are just here to fuck with our copsolving. I agree that they’re probably not directly town, but I think it very likely that the downside if they’re 3p is more along the lines of a guaranteed mislim than a sudden game loss, so they’re like lowest priority possible.

No. I scumread Marci/FB/pengy all about the same, which is about where I want to be to have a serious wagon on D1. I will sheep if you tell me a different neighbor is scum.

The parts of the game both of us were active felt like the last game I limmed town Dann for being unimpressive, but ultimately I limmed him there.

Ten four. I had to clarify with Marci because half the game has weird scumreads on her and while I realize she isn’t being the most helpful she’s not scum.

i think if there's a 3p then they are an arsonist who can prime targets by giving them fruit but they can also steal the fruit that was passed out by the fruit vendors and redistribute them for additional charges and this is why the fruit vendors are compulsive

so the normal fruits aren't dangerous but if they steal them and then send them back out then they like poison them or something idk

this theory is brought to you by someone who has never designed a setup and has never tried to and thought about this for about 30 seconds

if you asked me at most points in the game i would have said no

there's been periods of fun like when peta replaced in. that was fun. generally i've felt pretty iced out of the game for basically no reason which is like kinda unpleasant

i think it feels better knowing that the majority of that was coming from town? i think it was less fun when i thought it was scum because then i felt like i should be able to push back and couldn't. and instead they're just wrong and i'm okay with that

i don't really enjoy the dethy as a mechanic and that's making things less fun, i think "lim through this hood" is one of the least interesting ways a game can play out in general

i've had a surprising amount of fun this phase despite expecting to die and also finding out the majority of our solving overnight was wrong

maybe it feels freeing or something idk
