Interest in a creative story writing game set-up much like Acrophobia?
It was on Gamespy/Mplayer and it was called Y.A.R.N. Basically there's an opening sentence like "It was a dark and stormy night" and each player anonymously submits a sentence to follow. The game client randomized the order and anonymously showed them to all players. The sentence with the most votes became the next part of the story and that player earned 3-5 points + number of votes gained. Each vote earned a point. Player that got the most after 10 or 15 sentences was the winner. The set-up is almost exactly like acrophobia but it was long-form.

Thinking of running a short bidding game that focuses on shooting (similar to raf, ferris wheel or elect the executioner).
The premise is that every player is given four cards (ranks/values to be finalized later), each of a different value - for example diamonds > hearts > spades > clubs. Then each round every player is allowed to publicly play a card or choose to not play a card. Simultaneously all cards are shown for that round and the highest ranked unduplicated card wins the round (or no one if all cards are duplicated). Cards once played are not returned and all remaining cards that players hold are made public. Winner of the round gets the gun and can shoot whichever player they'd like, who then dies and is removed from the game. Game continues until someone or no one wins (if all cards are played and more than one player remains). I'd have to test out the number of cards needed if there's more than 10 players though.

The Challenge: Cutthroat is now taking applications! It's in the Large Social Game forum, but the focus will be on how well you can compete in various types of challenges, some similar to mish-mash games. Players will compete in teams for safety and immunity and the lowest scoring teams will each have to send players to the Fortress, where one player will lose in the face-off. While there are social aspects in the game, elimination is determined by challenge competitions.

Coming soon (provided there is interest). 13 dead end drive. A variant of the family board game where each player tries to kill off the other players' characters before the detective arrives. 3-6 players.

I've been enjoying For $ale, a simple auction board game on Board Game Arena and I thought I would want to try to run a modified version here. However, in a flash of inspiration, I was wondering if Auction Buy the Bullet would be better. Basically having an auction round to buy the cards first.
