I always carry it around with me at school. One time, I was coming back from lunch at the Panda Express that's nearby and the homeless guy asked if I knew if any of the buses went to the Internet cafe so he could find a job. I told him no, but I had my laptop with me, and I could usually get the school's WiFi signal where he was at. I had extra time, so I sat down with him and helped him out with that. He's now working on getting an apartment :D

Oh hey this will be your last match attempt :]

I encourage you to try to unofficially solve the game for bragging rights + credit on the leaderboard, but if you'd rather not you'll get the reveal upon stating as such (:

I usually take a break at the cafe at the clinic I work at and I brought my laptop with me to write some notes since in early afternoon the office I share is real busy and noisy. The cafe usually is quieter especially in this one corner that's furthest away from the door and it's also warmer since my office is always freezing. One of the clients that was there to see my colleague asked if I knew of agencies that helps with reviewing resumes or job searching. I looked up places and through talking with her I found out she was homeless but couch surfing that night but needs the job to get money to secure the deposit for next week. So I got called away but let her borrow the laptop and came back an hour later and she had a start of a resume at least and I gave advice on the resume too.
Sup, later.

I was spending the entire night studying at a twenty-four-hour coffee shop for a math final the next morning. At three or four AM, someone came up to me and asked if he could use my laptop for a moment. He looked very unkempt, and my initial instinct was to be wary. But I felt guilty judging him for his appearance and am also really non-confrontational, so I said yes. I let him sit beside me, while I tried to keep the laptop on my side of the table so that he wouldn't run off with it. He then asked to go to YouTube and started typing random gibberish into the search bar. "I'm trying to find the code," he said. That's when I had a sinking feeling about what I'd just got myself into. After he kept trying, I responded with something lame like, "I think it only works if I do it."

He then wound up sitting beside me for an hour or two, while I was almost alone in the cafe in the middle of the night with no one to rescue me. Our conversation included him 1) asking me to play "Drop the World" by Lil Wayne for him because he related to it so much, 2) making scary comments about how he hated his life and wanted to die, 3) insisting repeatedly that he wasn't sick despite what others said when I tried to delicately broach the subject of getting help, 4) giving me a fist bump, and 5) asking me if I could teach him the math I was learning (I didn't get very far, because he kept asking me what the brackets meant and saying it was like magic). All in all, he seemed really nice, albeit clearly very seriously ill--he did keep asking if he was bothering me. Finally, although I felt bad, I had to tell him I needed to go back to studying, and he went to sleep on the floor underneath some of the tables in the back.

If I were a better person, I would have left him money or food. I didn't have a working cell phone, so I couldn't call the authorities or a shelter, and when I told the barrista I was worried that a homeless person sleeping under the tables upstairs might be suicidal, his reaction was, "I can kick him out if you want!" Instead, I left while he slept when it was time for my exam. I hope he's still alive.

Pablito did not share his laptop with a homeless person. Congrats on $150K!
