Before you can look around any further, Errantparabola starts biting you.

When you get close you see that there are three aquatic manta-ray looking people who were all wearing ponchos, goggles with water inside and had glowing blue magic around their mouth and gills.
The one closes to you steps forward and says "Hello traveler, would you be willing to help us with something? We'll give you some coin and a ride back to town."
