I guess pregame is over like Traceylyn11 said. What I do know is that we're in Day 1, random question stage (RQS) / random voting stage (RVS). It's a time to get to know each other and just play around with votes. It'll gradually transition into the real game so be on your toes

Scumhunting but could lead to mislynches if not careful, if played too fast or if played on gut feel.

Do you always take a reproving method when talking to the new players?

I see that I made an error, but there are much better ways to explain something to a newbie in a

without talking down to them. That's a quick way to chase off potential new members.

Not much. Played a few 4-5 years ago, here and elsewhere. Have done a lot of reading prior to playing this time.

4:12 p.m. I'm in Eastern time.

I prefer a role to non-role, because I enjoy the behind the scenes interaction. But which side I'm on doesn't matter. I'll have fun either way.

5. Times you're available to play?

Random. I have kids, and when they want my attention, they get it. I check in frequently, though.

6. Thoughts on reaction fishing?

Gets conversation going, but that's about it. In the reading I've done, it seems that someone getting overly defensive or uber-aggressive or any other not-normal response is generally a product of their personality, and would be the same regardless of alignment.

7. Thoughts on meta?

For how smart someone is (sniffing out gambits, throwing the BS flag and being right, etc.), it's great. But for examining how someone plays, not so great. A real good player would take their previous play style and use it against anyone who was going solely off that.

8. Are you okay with walls? Do you make walls?

Walls protect my eardrums when my daughters marathon Dora or blast Justin Bieber. So, I'm a fan. Seriously, not sure what that means for mafia. I'll answer if someone wants to clue me in.

I have a few exes that would say otherwise, but no. I allow my children to use me as a jungle gym, and I don't push old ladies into the street. Decidedly anti-scum.

Oh, and before I forget, I strongly recommend that everyone without an avatar gets one. With avatars, it's easier to tell who's posting what since and it's easier to associate people with distinctive pictures than names. It makes the game go smoother for everyone.
