Ok it wasn't things but it was something I legitimately don't get where this comes from. In what world would scum claim PR over claiming VT? Just hear me out but if I remember correctly scum claiming PR is a horrible idea except for two scenarios, and that itself is very risky. Fakeclaiming PR in elo requires that Town ends up voting their PR instead of you, and just outright claiming when outside of elo to me literally needs PRs to say nothing about it when they should.

I'm caught up on only a few people to be completely honest, but I will say what I do kind of want to note. LQ's post #1220 is a post that I personally think is more likely to catch new scum over experienced ones, but I do think it comes from town so it strikes me as town so far.

Well, why do you think I say that? I say that because I've caught Scum this way who were plenty experienced and quite good players.

Then you've had a different experience playing Mafia than I have before joining this website that confirms it to you but not to me. Most games in those have scum who at least knows not to lurk and have decent amount of discussion, or everyone ends up not talking so it would be skewed.

I'm not saying that you can't catch scum who is plenty experienced, since STD can confirm this himself that I pointed out his lurking like behavior when I was dead (Yes I know they had issues going on at the time but the point still stands).

I'm pretty sure Pavowski has said this but I actually looked over STD's ISO and I see what he means about STD not playing any differently from my first Mafia game with him being scum. While I definitely don't put much faith in one time meta it definitely does feel like something to point out.

I'm back and a little less frustrated since yesterday. Is this what you've been trying to say this entire time? It definitely didn't feel like you made it obvious what you were trying to say still?

So explaining this I've played a many Mafia games with the same players, around like 20 games. By then I know their playstyle well enough to use meta reasonably. The main difference is those are chat mafia games, where I personally know playstyles well enough to determine their alignment or know when something isn't AI. Here it's a different story, where yes I can look through a person's other one or two other finished games, but most of the time it's either someone has to tell me it which I can confirm, or I play a game with those players.

Hopefully that's what you mean with those other posts. Maybe I'm reading your posts wrong and I'm talking about something completely different but idk anymore.

Personally I really couldn't find many takes, with some of which I don't think I can really comment on this game, but most of which just supports to me that LQ is town which is utterly useless and that just annoys me. Maybe I have to read again but that's just what I think.

I think cows is a very difficult slot to read because of his playstyle/personality, and as such I think we might benefit more from confirming him than Pav.

i don't think the mafia ever ends up killing you tonight RR. they need a pool of 3 or more and killing you denies this, as annoying as it is

Actually its weird how this game is paralleling another game I've played where Ythan (scum) got an easy push on me and then town also jumps on what I do or what my slot did and we lose.
