Shinki: Kinda quiet, but I like what I've seen so far. Post more, you seem to have good thoughts. Read: Town
Painkiller: As opposed to just being a little quiet, this guy is practically non-existent. Lurking much? Read: Null-to-scum
Fakinha: Unlike the general public, I like post 32. Turning it back on El was a smart and scumhunting thing to do. Otherwise though, he hasn't posted too much substance. Still, Read: Null-to-town
Duckhunter: Like I said, alot of sheeping throughout the game and "James Bond-ing" toward the beginning. Also the flip-flop that DV mentioned is valid. In your opinion, is sheeping scummy or not? Read: Scum
DeasVail: Since he has come in, I've liked his play. Hasn't been in the game quite long enough to get any solid read though. Read: Null-to-town
DLE: 4 words. Tee. El. Dee. Ar. The color test is...interesting, to say the least. I don't doubt that that's worked other places, but at MS, don't expect it to be a litmus scum test. But it has led to some good discussion. Read: Null-to-slightly-town, but still IGMEOY.
sorgster: Certainly playing to his self-proclaimed meta of making alot of short posts. I like what he said in post 27 after he filled out the questionnaire. Townie move. Pro-voting+pro-activity=Pro-town. Read: Town

@DV: At first, my vote on Shinki was actually semi-random. Saw a little thing and went with it. But the fact is, she hasn't been real helpful. And when someone expresses their suspicion of her, she either responds with "oh, you suspect me, so you must be scum" or "lol, you're so stupid." I really wish she would at least post something of substance if she's town.

I can almost see DV being Shinki's scum partner. But I don't think he's very scummy independently. The "fake-ness" simply comes across to me as trying to BE townie, not necessarily ACT townie. Trying to BE townie is a nulltell.

scum don't like to put the next-to-last vote on a player b/c if the lynchee turns up town, the person who receives the most heat is the vote before the lynching vote.

@DLE: The comparison really isn't applicable here. What I meant by it was that it was making her look MORE townie, but she is still the scummiest person I see. I do have my eye on DV though, his buddying on me kinda rubs me the wrong way. On the somewhat unlikely chance that Shinki flips town, we should lynch DeasVail toMorrow. If she flips scum, Fakinha is most likely to be her partner.

Brian: Posting one-liners is null, and is more likely to be a sign of a busy RL than a person's role. If Shinki is scum, Fakinha is her partner. It seems like they're using the fact that they know each other to subtly communicate in-thread. As far as reactions to cases, I don't see any cohesive cases on anyone really. I see some passing unwarranted suspicion of Vela. Vela is playing pro-town, and there's no reason to suspect him. DV has been rising on my scumdar recently. I believe I said before that I think he's buddying me, and I haven't decided yet whether it's newbtown buddying the SE or scum buddying town.

Oh also, +more scumpoints to Shinki for trying to cast suspicion on the IC simply on the basis of being the IC. Brian has no more pure chance of being scum than anyone else in this game.

Shinki played around 7 mafias or more.
One being mafia godfather, one being SK, 2 being doc and one being gunsmith. The others I don't know what he is since he's still playing or got replaced out and I dunno what he is. (Mostly of these mafias were on a BR forum)

I'm starting to think that you're not being scum, just the worst and most despondent town play I've ever seen from you.

Hint for Fakinha: faking n00biness is scummy. I know you complained about how no one was reading your posts to see who you found scummy, but this is the closest thing I found. I know you don't want to end the day early, but is there anything else keeping you from voting for Shinki?

DV: Your buddying on me is mostly in your passivity toward anything related to me. You put me in your scumlist, yet push for others to be lynched. You question why other people are voting for me, as if you want them not to. I just get a very funny feeling about you...IGMEOY.

-you because it seems like you may be diverting attention away from Shinki

-kirbyoshi because I find the certainty with which Shinki was insisting that kirby is scum suspicious

-Fakinha because he has always made it clear how he suspected Shinki, but was never willing to attempt to lynch her.

All in addition to other things I find suspicious about them.

I'd probably decide on who is most likely and find interesting interactions if I had a good re-read, but I don't want to do that yet.

DV: The above is your most recent scumlist that I can tell, dependent (obviously) on Shinki flipping scum. Followup for you: Why can't you push for more than one person at a time? Is it because you're being directed to only push for one person at a time?

A quick iso analysis of Shinki + Fakinha's day one play lead me to this:

#32 Fakinha overreacts extremely to simple RVS questioning

#38 Duck (TC) suspects this behavior

#106 Fakina distance votes Shinki, then polls the town to see who has scumreads

#114 Shinki accuses duck of sheeping a wagon against Fakina, gives a terribad reason about a game where she "played town differently than he is" and interprets this as scum behavior, starting the wagon that eventually lynches duck, without ever actually voting for him.

#157 Sorgster says Shinki is scum and votes her

#158 Fakinha reacts with his reason why he thinks Shinki isn't scummy

#160 Fakinha + Shinki distancing further

Then the duck hammer goes through. After that, Sorgster gets NightKilled?

During my periods of inactivity, I seriously didn't have the time for the game. I try not to lurk as scum: active lurking is a big meta-scumtell for me, and I'm trying to change that. I usually seriously don't know what to say. But still, this will probably go down as my best scum game so far on any site. Totally called the PR's.

Also Shinki, if you read this, I never mean anything personal by anything I say in-thread. You did call the scumteam after all, and you should be credited for that. However, if you had not self-hammered, you probably would have won the game. That's why I agree with everyone that you should NEVER do that, unless of course there's some screwy game mechanics. Like a Jester (had a game once that had a Jester, a Serial Killer, and no Mafia. It was weird ) or something.

Also Shinki, scum will most of the time try to get town to play emotionally, because it ends up in town making mistakes that could be lethal to them. Just, in general, playing emotionally is bad. I made that mistake my first game and tunneled hardcore on a townie, when in the back of my mind I knew who the scum were the whole time
