SETUP

This game uses the 9-player setup called Matrix6. One row or one column will be randomly chosen from the table below and the remaining six roles will be filled in by 1 Mafia Goon and 5 Vanilla Townies, for a total of 2 Mafia-aligned players and 7 Town-aligned players.

Please note:

• The Mafia must specify who is performing what Night Action when the actions are submitted.
  
• If they should target each other, the Roleblocker's action will resolve before the Jailkeeper's action, thus preventing the Jailkeep.
  
• A Mafia Roleblocker has the option of performing both their Roleblock and the Mafia Kill, even if the Mafia Goon is still alive. This is relatively non-standard in larger games, where power tends to be more distributed.

The crazed town wasted no time in figuring out what was going on, and one of them stood up. "I am not mafia!" he proclaimed, but this only seemed to ensure guilt in the eyes of everyone else looking at him. In fact it made them think he was so guilty, they did the unthinkable. Instead of talking it out, they grabbed him, threw him up on the gallows, and hung him right then and there...

The town turned toward one of their own, after last night they would take no chances, and attacked the man who yelled that he was one of them. They strung him up quickly, and when he cried out that he was not evil and that he had nothing to harm them on his person, nobody listened as they pulled the stool out from under him.

As he laid lifeless, they searched his body, and as the town stood there shocked... the town leaders looked back with a frown, there was nothing.

Anxious the town decided to throw accusations left and right to see what stuck, and one of them did. Burning_Earth turned around to see the entire town turned against him, holding a noose.

The mob looked around, quiet as the day grows long. They looked around and one guy spoke up.

"It was him! I know it! I saw him!"

As they turned toward the guy he was pointing at, they started walking up ready to end this once and for all. The guy who was pointing the finger at the other, started smiling, he knew his plan is working.

Or it was. Suddenly one of the few left in the mob, turned around and spoke up.

"Wait! You were with me, you couldn't have seen him!"

Before he could even wipe the smile off his face, the mob took off and surrounded him. He lowered his head, knowing he was caught. He was so close, but it was just not meant to be.
