I know you have unvoted since then, but why goofydood? In your own words there was only a 22% chance of the lynch being correct (could you explain that math btw) so why sure enough to vote for him; also why him and not anyone else if the chances are the same no matter who you vote for?

Honestly a lot! I like to make day one go on for as long as possible before the lynch. It gives all 9 of us a chance to get to know eachother's play-styles and gives us ample opportunity to observe. The more we know eachother before D2 the better because thats when what we learn in D1 really comes into play.

I have not played Mafia anywhere else. I joined the site to bond more with my now fiance before he moved in with me. He joined my main game as well for the same reason. Since I joined here, I have played well over 50 games I believe? I lost count.

Ok I misunderstood what you meant there Fin.

As for lynching, it is early to do that, we need time to get to know each other and scum hunt before ending the day. D1 we do get a fair bit of info on each other even if it seems early on there is nothing to discuss. SM many times I have seen town lose by quicklynching on D 1.

In regards to the math it should have been 33% (3/9). EBWOP I was just typing too fast.

I just wanted to see how he would react when a train started on him. Just trying to suss out information as to who could be mafia.

There are only 2 mafia, making a random have a 2/9 shot.

However due to the fact that its easier to get 3 town to agree to a quick Day 1 lynch and the mafia leap on it and hammer, than to get 5 town to agree, the odds are lower in reality.

Lets see. Ive played a few games of Mafia offsite and irl. I mostly moderate irl because its wayyyy more fun. I play Mafia online because its thrill, logic, deduction, and I love being scum.

I cant tell if we are still in RVS or not, this is going oddly.

Well, the way it's looking right now, even if I did vote for someone, they wouldn't be lynched because it takes five to lynch someone, and each person voted for do far only has one vote on them.
