It was his attitude, mostly. It seemed, to me, like he wasn't trying to be productive, but not exactly being
counter
-productive either. Very middle of the road. I just got the feeling from slimer that he was almost trying to say, "Look at me! I'm not very helpful at all!" but at the same time not providing enough of a distraction for anyone to peg him as scum early on. I
think
I made a post a few back that I still don't know why he was acting like that. I don't know how else to explain it.
More than likely it was a playstyle issue. He did mention this before:

I am Slimer. I prefer... Well I don't know, I prefer things.
I'm an odd one and I do things in very unorthodox methods. (surprisingly it's a scum tell in all my games, especially as town)
I'm an SE, so if you need help understanding the game or the site, I'm your guy.
Honestly I think we mistook his playstyle for being a scumtell imo. It's definitely a possibility. At least that's what I felt later on at the time after he flipped town.
If players ask for one, I make one. Otherwise I don't make one - I made a post about it recently in another Modded Newbie of mine, and I'm putting it in my ruleset from now on. It started awhile back where I did all the Dead QT stuff and nobody used it at all.
Thanks guys. I regret that my Splash/mollie was lynched day 1. I was not aware in the rules that it said the person at deadline with the most votes would be lynched, even if it wasn't a specific number of people. I was really worried about one of Splashmaster's posts giving me away:

Probably going to have to back off on my Peabody case. I guess what I'm saying about "only appearing pro-town" is that I think bussing on Day 1 is a good scum tactic, and one that I've seen Peabody use in one of his games. I think that if a scum flips early on, its always a good idea to check his lynchers.
At this point, I was voting Splashmaster, so this was almost like an admission to guilt as well as implicating me. It's okay though, Splash. It was super subtle.
I was confident I could get away with it. You didn't claim, there was 7 hours left, and I didn't feel the need to say anything. I knew that I could justify it if anyone asked me about it.
I looked st Scot N2 and obvious got a town result. Not gust.it mattered ss I Gog NKd. Good game Peabody, but I will be honest after my result in Scot itbwas clear to Md you were scum.
ModI sent you a pm asking for a dead QT?
And hands up I screwd it up royally defending Naio so early.
