If Mafiascum had a Patreon would people donate 1 dollar a month?

Just a thought though. $12 a year seems at the very least worth all the great games I get out of this site.

I'll join the shutup and take my money wagon, as far as I'm concerned that monies already yours, I just may or may not get cards as a complimentary thank you gift.

I'd also be down for paying a dollar a month to help with site costs, that's like nothing.

I obviously want cards for my money. If that falls through then if mith can keep the cash, without having to refund it and have me donate it back, then that works. I just don't know if that sort of thing is allowed with paypal and stuff. I don't want mith to have to do anything illegal. But I do want the site to stay funded whether I get cards or not

Also as I don't like obligated donations we may want to not talk about this wagon. And by that I mean, people should not feel obligated to donate the refunded? card money. I basically don't want this wagon I started to inadvertently donation shame anyone.

I once considered talking to mith about setting up a patreon with goals for my work on site, and splitting it with some percentage between the site and myself. I then immediately realized that there are far more volunteers than myself working for the site and that it would be unlikely the site could take in enough to pay all of them a decent wage.

If everyone gave a dollar a month we are talking like 4-600 dollars (alts make an exact number hard, and I haven't looked recently). That's much more than the server costs. What do you do with the extra money?

My mother works in custom advertising and has a printer out of Wisconsin or something.
