so after the earlier question concerning a stalemate, I asked a fellow mod to see if I was right and after further discussion I have consequently decided I was wrong. Town does not win in a stalemate. A stalemate lasting 3 day phases will end "happily ever after"

For the purposes of the wiki rules that aliens break all ties, this would not apply (assuming an alien is alive in this situation) as this is not a tie. A tie would be 1v1 or similar situation where no action exists except self voting to end the game. Happily ever after is forced mod action to end the game.

enforced stalemate is a no contest draw. No winners or losers.

I was trying to bait SRMP into revealing if he's SK or not but I guess I'll be visiting him tonight regardless because RC cannot possibly be SK, so it won't matter.

at the time I figured you were likely the other scum (not RC), and that if you were SK I wanted to bait you into revealing it so that I could be sure that converting you would be correct play tonight.

then RC called me on my fakeclaim and I also realized it was a dumb gambit because RC is confirmed not-SK by the fruit vendor thing, so I would visit you regardless. I didn't lie about my targets, I visited Xtoxm n1 and Ranger n2. Just trying to go after coasters I thought might be a 3rd party SK.

as long as Xtoxm roleblocks me tonight, either RC kills Xtoxm and confirms himself as mafia, or there is no NK and we're in a forced draw.

Town can only win here (instead of draw) with an RC lynch, but I doubt Xtoxm would do that since it would guarantee that he would lose.
