Perhaps giving lurkers titles will encourage them to be less lurky.

I agree with Kmdmyxlm about the potential title for Looker.

You might want to add this to the rules since it is policy and it would keep people from making recommendations that won't get used anyway.

Rewarding bad play and bad sportsmanship with a title is a bad idea.

Since there are titles like "Disgrace to SKs everywhere", this policy was not obvious to me.
