I do not recognize any of these screenshots right off the top of my head, here are my best guesses though:

2: 90's/80's movie... nothing at all comes to mind here

8: A Perfect Storm

10: Ohhhh... it may be that movie where the people are living on Earth in 2050 or whatever and the world is covered in ice due to global warming. or something. I think it starts with 'The'. It's a scary/horror film. I can't think of the title.
11: No idea... a cartoon? Aladdin is the first thing that comes to mind.
12: No idea... Death to Smootchie?
13: No idea...
14: Hmmm... I'm thinking maybe Fight Club?
15: Another 90's/80's film. No idea.
16: No idea...
17: No idea...
18: No idea, but that's a red dot on a woman's chest.
