At this stage in the game, it is impossible for Kmd4390 to win or force a tie. RedCoyote played a 3, meaning that with RC's remaining tiles (4, 5, and 7) and Kmd's remaining tiles (1, 2, 3, and 8), the best case scenario for Kmd is causing a tie this round and winning a round with his 8, which still leaves his best option as losing 4-3.
