that game was fun and well thought out setup wise.

Happy scumday Vi
Fourthed
and such. Not necessarily for the setup, but it was very enjoyable for a number of other factors.
Jahudo recruited eleven of the twelve players, so he deserves credit for that.

@Shanba: Thank you!

Maybe there should be a
Most Predictable Player
or
Most Consistent
award.
Again, this needs to be rewarded?
Consistent transparency is only a good thing if you're Town, after all.

I'm against meta-based awards in general.

Oh right, before I forget.

Nominate Benmage for Best Performance in a Losing Cause
in Battle Mafia.

Benmage's role: Godfather with a debilitating post restriction
How we viewed Benmage: Vig who nailed scum three times consecutively with the most awesome post restriction ever who only got caught by the game getting locked down by Town

Having a bunch of unique roles makes it difficult for any one in particular to stand out.

EDIT: Don't forget - nominations that aren't thirded aren't judged!

Are you serious? Where is this mentioned?
I'm pretty sure that's the implication of "we don't pay attention to fourthing, fifthing, or Nthing of nominations".

Oh, that's not how I read that at all. In previous years there have been fifths, sixths, sevenths, which just spam up the thread. Mith's point is that it doesn't add anything to the nomination to have those vocal supports.

If he's said that thirds are required or the Scummy Planning Team has decided something else, that's cool.
*shrug* When in doubt, assume I don't know what I'm talking about.

I didn't know this was a popularity contest after all...
Advertising yourself is in poor taste, but sometimes it's better to do that if you believe you deserve a nomination that nobody has thought of. *kisses that one goodbye*

YES

Just because I'm nominated for an award doesn't mean I'll get it. I usually don't :(

So you're essentially the Martin Scorcese of MS.
Well, we don't know if that carries over to MS yet. But we're going to find out...

There's a difference between getting your foot in the door and bandwagoning...
