All thirteen of you are citizens of ScumVille, the most populated city in the world! Well, it used to be the most populated city, anyway. This place has cleared out since people started dying. Before she scrammed, the city's mayor elected fourteen citizens to discover who is destroying our city from within. Unfortunately, I've discovered that not all of the members of our council are working towards this goal. We've been infiltrated by the very people we're trying to find. But it's not all bad! I know who doesn't belong here!

9. Do not argue with the mod in thread. Feel free to PM me if you have any issues with any actions I've taken. I will happily listen to and seriously consider any comments or complaints - just not in the game thread.
10. Do not play against the spirit of the rules or of the game. This is intentionally a catch-all rule. I will always warn someone in-thread before any action is taken against them if I'm applying this rule.
11. This ruleset is subject to change at any time. If a change is made mid-game, it will be announced in-thread by the mod.

Voting Rules:

1. Votes should be made using bolded text (Vote: Player) or a vote tag (VOTE: Player). Unvotes are not required but highly appreciated.
2. If I can understand the vote, then it will count even if it doesn't follow the exact format listed above.
3. You may vote for a No Lynch in the same manner as you vote for a player.
4. A lynch (or no lynch) occurs when a simple majority is reached. A simple majority is half of the alive players rounded down plus one.
5. During twilight (the time between when the hammer vote is cast and I lock the thread), all players including the lynchee may continue to post.

Activity Rules:

1. A prod PM will be issued if any player does not post for 72 hours. Prods will be announced in-thread. You have 24 hours to pick up your prod either by posting or PM (if at night). After this time, I will begin seeking a replacement.
2. I will seek replacement immediately without waiting 24 hours if a player receives a third prod.
3. If you plan to be gone for over 48 hours, please announce that you will be V/LA in-thread. I will not count you as V/LA unless you post this in-thread. This is for the benefit of both myself and your fellow players. I will note all V/LA players in each vote count.

Deadline Rules:

1. The first day has a deadline of 21 days. Each subsequent day has a deadline of 14 days.
2. Automatic extensions are granted when a replacement replaces into the game with less than a week left in the day if necessary.The exact amount of time will be between 24 hours and 72 hours and will be determined by the moderator.
3. If the day deadline is reached without any majority vote, then a no lynch will occur. The day will never end by deadline while a replacement is being sought out.
4. Each night will end after 48 hours and no sooner. For the purposes of the night deadline, the weekend counts as 24 hours. The countdown for a night deadline will not start while a replacement is being sought out.
5. All night actions must be submitted by PM or a relevant QT. I greatly prefer PM.
6. Players on V/LA will receive a PM at the start of night. Any players that anticipate being unavailable over the entire night may submit actions early.
