00. I reserve the right to edit these rules at any time should something truly unexpected occur.

01. All votes must be made bold. Unvoting is not required but I heavily perfer it. Any attempts at disguising your voting will be prohibited. If its treated as a vote and I think its a vote, its a a vote!

02. A majority of votes is required to lynch. If there is a lynch, no amount of bitching will prevent the lynch from happening. I am a moderator, not a charity.

03. When you live, live well. Live long. Prosper. When you're dead, shut up. Don't post or even pm me. Lie in a grave/furnace/corpse pile. Rot.
04. All days have a 40-minute deadline. All nights have a 10-minute deadline.

05. You can vote No Lynch during the day. Simply Vote: No Lynch. Should this vote reach a majority. It will happen. If no majority is reached during a day then there will be a no lynch when that day ends

06. Quoting or faking any PMs you receive from the mod will get you modkilled and blacklisted from any games I am running now or in the future. You may paraphrase anything in the pm. If you are worried you are quoting more so then paraphrasing you should probably pm me before I modkill you

07. This is a SEMI-BASTARD MOD type game. Your mod isn't evil or intentionally out to get you, but then he also isn't sober. Roles will be funny, crazy, unusual, unconventional and definitely alcohol related. But they won't be intentionally evil like a "Night 0 Suiciding Emo".

08. Don't talk to each other outside of the game thread unless your role says you can.
09. No small or invisible text. Don’t edit/delete previously submitted posts either.
10. This is a game. Have fun and respect the other players. Don't be a dick.
11. It is encouraged that you be under the influence of alcohol, but not a requirement. If you are underage, you should not drink but you can still play. Just know that due to the nature of the game, almost every other player will be drunk. The Mod will be shitfaced for one,

so please be helpful and understanding when it comes to his vote counts. My ability to count is usually the first to go when I am drunk

12. If it seems like it should be illegal, it probably is. Considering the fact rules sometimes can't cover everything. Please use your common sense. PM me if you think something you are about to do could break the rules or possibly ruin the game.
13. I am human. If I fuck up and make a mod error that personally looses you the game, then I will give you a technical auto win at the end of the game to make up for it
14. I respect anonymity on the internet and in mafia. If there is a scum group with a QT, I will not be posting a link to it at the end of the game. It is that scum teams decision as to whether or not a link their QT will be posted

Each day a King or Designated Driver will be selected. We encourage that player NOT to drink during that game day. (I have no way to enforce this, but hey some may be willing to roleplay that far.) While you are driving, you have the power to kick one person out of the vehicle. Simply post

and that player will be lynch target for that day and have to walk home

At the start of the game a Bar Tender or King Maker will be elected. Each night that player must send me at least 2 player names. A first Choice and a second choice. The first choice will be the designated driver during the next game day unless they die during that night.

. It is your diligent duty to fire the bar tender if you feel he cannot be trusted. This will remove the bar tender from his duties and put the job up for election immediately after being used. You can choose to use this power whenever you like but no more than twice in the game. You might not want anyone to know what you can do as there is no replacement for your role if you die. Just sayin. You can't vote but maybe the bar tender will make you the designated driver for the day. You win when all threats to the town Pub are eliminated.

Police Officer, the Serial Killer in this game

. Wait the police officer is the seriel killer! What would you expect from a drunk mod? The Town pub has caused too many DUI's in your fair city. Its got to stop! You may chose 1 person each night to arrest. You can't vote but maybe the bar tender will make you the designated driver for the day. The first nightkill attempted on you will also fail. You win when you eliminate everyone from the game or nothing can prevent this from happening. (You also win in a tie with any other anti-town elements.)

. There be some peeps out to take down the Town Pub. It sure would suck if someone ruined things for them at night by protecting people. You may choose to protect one player at night. If you do then that player won't die that night. You can only do this only X times. You can't vote but maybe the bar tender will make you the designated driver for the day. You win when all threats to the town Pub are eliminated.

. Your charms are great for taking people down, and if its not enough roofie's are just as good right? Too bad you only have X roofies to use at night. to all alcoholics. If the Desiginated Driver tries to boot your from the vehicle you, everyone else will revolt and boot the designated driver instead. If this happens you will be unable to become the designated driver in the future. You can't vote but maybe the bar tender will make you the designated driver for the day. You win when all threats to the town Pub are eliminated.

Instead of the mod randomly selecting a confirmable townie to become the kingmaker, the players will elect one that can be either alignment.

Electing a Bar Tender or Kingmaker

: A pre-game phase of 5-10 minutes will commence where the players will be able to discuss the matter of electing a kingmaker after they have received their roles. You can only vote once and your vote is unretractable once made so use it wisely! An outright majority will elect a kingmaker. Barring that a plurality will elect one. If there's a tie, the person that reaches the vote number first will be elected.

If the kingmaker dies/is impeached. a new election is held the following day/or immediately after impeachment. The difference is that it will take place during the day phase rather than before the game. If there's an execution before a kingmaker is elected the day will not end until one is elected.
