Bert is normally a really paranoid player.

I may be paranoid about a few players, but I'm not letting that take over and ruin the flow of the game. I think bringing any of my current paranoid reads would just be annoying to said players I bring up (if they are town). Individually, I do not see the point in bringing up paranoia about anyone right now, and I think that is how my paranoia should stay...inside, hidden.

To put what I just said into perspective - That is similar to me saying you're not your normal "waffling self." Saying that stuff would potentially annoy you, and annoy others if I brought up missing aspects of their games.

Outside CKD, I am very suspicious of Marquis though for his last few pages of posts. Also, I think Gaiden drew scum.

Yes, I have played with beast before, I think. I still think he's trying to hard, though to look town and active, but he isn't really doing a whole much.

You think scum have a name-cop outside the line of inheritance? because, if that's the case I think that role becomes nulled. Also, if that's the case, the plan will benefit town even more because town-pr's can use their abilities freely, and clearly.

I don't remember where I was going with lynching name cop, but I think it's better to force them to play for town actually. I'm a cub, I act compulsively sometimes! but you're kinda sorta correct, lynching name cop would be lynching from that list.

It's possible for the scum to have a namecop abillity, as the opening post doesn't specify if the head of the house is the only namecop. But the point I am making is that if we follow your plan, names and players can be poe'd to each other easier. If a bunch of players claim names + the names that are revealed by being in the sucsession line, The list of players who we want to protect significantly shorter. I agree with marquis that there's likely some sort of name role/information for scum, and following the plan could have the potential to figure out the game. And we don't know how many prs are in this game, so I don't want to go with a plan that may do more harm than good.

I still don't get how revealing info makes scum kill suboptimally..

I get mad playing this game. I guess it was one of those "I can relate and how would I react if the positions were reverse". This being said, i am starting to wane on that, because..well...he is fucking not posting again. So now it (once again) is feeling like he was lurking to see where shit would go. His vote is still on me even after he has said he could be viewing me irrationally. now I think about it....

I don't think outting PR's isn't as dangerous this game, as it would normally be since kills don't happen on a normal basis, but PR's need character names in order to work, so keeping the list limited to only weaker players being outted keeps the stronger players alive, and making it so that scum can't learn names of the PR's will keep said PR's alive. what am I missing?

The dangerous flipside to your proposal has already been stated by others, but basically it's not trivial for scum to figure out their desired target by process of elimination or even shooting based on what they know of the flavor. This goes double if they have their own name cop (or, FakeGod forbid, two on the same Night).

On a less related note, I'm still feeling weird about curiouskarmadog because he's been on the defensive all Day (which is not entirely his fault *cough*), but what he said after FakeGod did-not-confirm the alignment:character connection feels genuine to me. Besides, I'm willing to buy a last-minute wagon on Antihero again because why not!

I really wish I could articulate how Marquis is scum but I don't seem to be able to. They are just scum. Like they are so scummy it hurts they aren't lynched yet.
