Just have them confirm the pre-in in this thread. Pre-ins exist simply to reserve a spot in a game for a player, but players still need to confirm their reservation with the Mini Theme Queue, so to speak.

I started this mini 4 years ago and abandoned it for personal reason but it's time to finish what I started

Game Name: league of legends UPick
Flavor/Mechanics: every player will have 3 abilities and an ult. Each night every living player will lvl up and get to place a new skill point in one of their abilities. The game will start n0 so each player will have one ability going into d1. This game will be odd but balanced, some abilities may have no true affect on anything but flavor or post limitations.
Current Modding Commitments: Not modding a thing yet.
Number of Players: 13
Hydrae: Yes but I must approve and no first time hydrae
Restrictions: If I get a pm from 5 or more other players before the game starts I will ask you not to play, but I will leave that up to the player I'm asking. You must have completed at least 1 non newbie game, and have a league of legends account
Is it possible your game has any of the following bastard roles or mechanics? cults, mid-game alignment changes, moderator lies that cannot be reasonably anticipated (for example, Godfather, Tailor, Miller, Ninja, and mechanics like that are generally fine. Telling someone they are a reflexive doctor when they're actually a PGO is not), secret win conditions, un-divulged non-randomness in player role/alignment generation, direct moderator influence during the game
Yes it is possible, but not to an extreme. There may be a chance of resurrection after being lynched depending on the picks
