/in as new IC.
advice from a trans otherkin queer plural system: you don't have to accept what normal says it's possible for you to be.

(haven't played for a while)

I believe you remain an SE as long as you have played games on this site before, however long it has been.

I believe SE
is
regular - it just means that you're a non-newbie player.

I'm currently in a newbie game, but I'm almost certainly going to get lynched day 1, as I'm currently at L-1 :(

Please do not talk about ongoing games. Please do not join the queue before you finish your first game.

Tevery Best wrote:Hi there, I'd like to play in a newbie game. I guess I'm /in for the next one, though just as a heads up - I might be unavailble for a couple of hours tomorrow. Cheers!

This is priceless.

Hey, if he was signing up for a marathon game, it could have been a concern!

Don't worry, Tevery Best - the regular games like the one you've signed up for are played on a scale of weeks, not hours. As long as you can get online for a bit every day, you should be all right.

You would still be an SE - just one shaking off the rust. ;)

Darn. Damn my sudden rewanting of some forum mafia, then.
I guess I could make an alt account, but I'm too lazy for that.

/in as SE

SE isn't a teaching role - it's exactly like being a newbie, except that you (usually) wait slightly longer in line.

(Also, making an alt to play as a newbie is
discouraged
NOT ALLOWED
- one of the purposes of newbie games is to give people unfamiliar with the site a good experience when they first start playing here, and you've already had that.)

Fixed it for you ;)
