I might join (I like mini normals with nothing too fancy and more scumhunting), but I'd prefer have a good review of the players before joining. Since I've come back, all I see is replacements, replacements, replacements.

In case Fegelein does return in time to mod it himself, he should ask for a backup mod since it seems he has had problems in the past due to IRL stuff. That way, things will keep flowing nicely.
