I have taken over this list. A few changes are in the OP, mostly formatting, but one or two fairly minor policy changes. I will likely continue to edit the OP, and there may be a new experience policy soon.

Please note that there are no games currently in sign ups. If you've got an idea you think would work great, I encourage you to get with someone and buckle down to produce the game.

Cool. Personally, I'd try to hook up with someone who's willing to be an active sounding board. Having done one of these games where it's designed after sign ups before, it takes a lot of fast work, so having someone to rely on via AIM or whatever can be a huge help.

Anyway, let me know when you have your backup and reviewer (hint: they can be the same person) in place. Also, consider trying to get pre-ins. You can have up to two thirds (rounded down) of your player slots filled by pre-ins.

As a first time mod, your reviewer must be someone who has run a large theme game before. Maestro does not even qualify to run large theme games yet (he is one micro short). Also, please use the form. This makes it easier to confirm all the information. I'm not trying to nitpick you here, but it is in the rules:

First time Large Game moderators are limited to having no more than 21 players in their game, and they are required to have a qualified reviewer (i.e. someone who has moderated at least one Large Theme Game) sign off on their game.

Being A Reviewer

The following are the requirements a person must meet in order to be called a reviewer of a Large Theme. These requirements are for both qualifying as a reviewer for the Large Theme queue and for listing a person as a reviewer in advertisements, sign up posts, or elsewhere on the forum.

1.

Explicit Sign Off:

The reviewer must explicitly say that they agree to the game going forward. "Looks good" or a similar statement is sufficient. Simply being in a QT and not disagreeing is not sufficient.
2.

Setup:

A reviewer must agree to the entirety of the setup. New or unclear roles and unusual mechanics should be explained and agreed upon. Balance (unless the game is explicitly not designed to be balanced) should be discussed and agreed upon. Any other factors that may affect the setup (what wording to use in a cop's results PMs, do inventors get an invention back if they are roleblocked, does mafia have daytalk, etc.) must also be agreed upon.
3.

Finality

of setup: The setup agreed to should be the final setup sent out to players. If a person agrees to a setup and the setup is subsequently changed, they may not be called a reviewer without again agreeing to the change.

Once you confirm which of your reviewers have agreed, you should be good to go.

For the first time since I became the listmod back in December, there is a wait to run a game. When either Super Mafia Brothers Mafia or Shadows and Lights fills, I'll let you start your sign ups.

2. Games that have over 25 player slots must have at least 50% of their slots, rounded down, filled by pre-ins.

Just remove Sajin from the reviewers and you're fine. I'm just trying to make it so that if someone reviewed a setup, players know that means that they actually reviewed it by approving the final setup. Swapping out Empking for Andrius would make me feel better, but since Andrius' games are not Large Themes it is not strictly necessary.
