Each night, you may visit a player’ house to challenge them to a duel. If they are capable of killing players at night, they will be forced to attack you, preventing them from visiting anyone else or performing any other actions. If they unable to kill players at night, they are unaffected and the duel fails. You may not duel with Horsemen.
You cannot be killed by players you are currently dueling, and in addition, you gain permanent immunity to being killed by players you have successfully had a duel with before.
When submitting a duel night action, include whether or not you plan to spare your opponent. Spared players will be informed: “
It has been decided that your life is worthy of being spared. For now.
” Otherwise, you will attack them and they are informed: “
It has been decided that your life is worthy of a swift conclusion.
”, even in the event the kill is prevented somehow.
After successfully dueling two different players, your role becomes
War, Instigator of the Apocalypse
. An announcement will be made in the game thread the next morning: “
The apocalypse is upon us.
” Any other Horsemen present in the game will automatically transform alongside you.
You become unable to die by any means other than an exile. All players, not just those who can kill, are now forced to accept your duel. They will target you with any night actions they have and you will be given the option to spare or kill them just the same. Additionally, for every player you’ve spared across the length of the game, you may duel an additional player every night. This applies to spares that were made prior to transforming, as well as any you make afterwards.
For example, if you’ve spared two players so far, you may now duel up to three players every night. If you spare one of those three, then you will be able to duel up to four players every night.
You share a factional PT with any other Horsemen present in the game. You win when all the threats to the Horsemen are eliminated and at least one Horseman is still alive, or when nothing can prevent this from occurring.
