I think a more lenient cutoff like 2009 would be better. As the mod of the last one, I seem to remember a fair amount of flaking and difficulty finding replacements, and I think a 2007 cutoff would be hard to maintain.

We could possibly set it to 2007 and see how many players we can get - while the last one was an 18p large, there's no reason this one has to be.

Someone should rope MBL into playing. It worked a treat last time.

I'll check what her join date is when I'm not just about falling asleep. A lot of it depends on how much interest we get from the 2007 and before crowd. Good to have you in the game DGB, and good to see MBL after so long. Now there's no way Glork can refuse this offer

I was keeping it to 2007 and before, with the exception of Zorblag who was in the last one. Based on the response there probably won't be any need to open that up, but maybe replacements should allow 2008/2009?

I was planning to make a fairly straightforward New York setup, but non-mountainous. Deadlines I had in mind 3 weeks for day 1 and 2 weeks for other days, but mainly because that's what I used last time - I'm not precious about this.

Giving us 20-22, a good range. I'm going to leave signups open for another 24 hours or so, and then put together the setup. As mentioned before, it'll be a Large Normal, so it'll conform to normal guidelines. Deadlines will be 2 weeks per day, apart from day 1 which will last 3 weeks.

I'll PM the maybes to get a definite yes or no, keep in mind if you're unsure about playing now, I'd certainly welcome people /inning as replacements. If I'm missed anyone off this list then do let me know.

Having already made a good start on making the setup and role PMs, and submitting it for review etc, I'd prefer to stick to what we have.

MBF, if you prefer smaller games, maybe signing up as a replacement would be good. I could contact you when we have a decent number of dead bodies and someone needs replacing.
