No; it's a strategy; you shouldn't get rid of strategy; that eliminates player's ability's to argue; that's bad; I'm using lots of semicolons.

This is a biased definition, but:

Using data not available by regular means: beyond cop, doc, etc. info, PM for masons/mafia, and the thread itself.

Stuff like wording of PMs, way a player reacted in a previous game, when someone was on, etc.
