Well, I thought we needed some balance around here. :)

Well, I've never met IS, so I'll take your word for how he smells :).

In general, I think it's better to not lynch than to lynch someone in order to "end the day" or "just so we lynch
someone
" or other excuses to lynch someone you don't actually have a reason to suspect any more than anyone else. Lynching someone you do have reason to suspect, however, is typically best.

Actually, it's sometimes better to lynch to end the day, such as when you have no cops alive. It's all about the situation, see. If the nights work for your side, you don't want lynches.

(I should probably point out that I wasn't trying to start a serious discussion. It's supposed to be a biased poll. You know, to even out IS's. Oh, and this is Luna, not mith. :))

I like lynching. My brain itches when we have to think about statistics and probablility. I like lynching, me.

If I'm likely to be lynched if there's a lynching then it's to my side's advantage to not have one.

I just want to post to say Luna kicks ass, this is probably the best response anyone could have made to IS. But for serious discussion I would to say that you need some hard evidence to know when no lynch favors the town. But it happens sometimes. I feel like IS is preaching abstainence. He's too afraid his children won't no lynch in a responsable way so he tells them NEVER DO IT. Come on...

anywho, i voted for the "no-lynches are sometimes ok"choice. but i did that in IS's too.

Thanks, Saber. I appreciate the positive feedback. For a long time I didn't want to thank you in this thread because I didn't want some poor mafia player, starving for a post because all his games are infested with lurkers, to turn to "mafia discusion" to pass the time and just see me post "Thanks SK!" Then I thought, "I'm a selfish bastard and everyone knows it. Why should I have a problem letting one girl know how I appreciated her input at the possible expense of hundreds of readers time?"

So there you go.
