People were saying they've seen scum neighbors.

The only neighborhoods I've seen had two people in them who were unaware of each other's alignments.

Putting those together, I came up with a two-person neighborhood of two scumbuddies who somehow didn't know each other's alignments, even though they'd also have a scum QT/Private Thread. Which made no sense to me. But apparently does to everybody else?

I suspect the plural was because multiple games/neighbourhoods with a scum neighbour, not multiple scum neighbours in one game/neigbourhood.

That's probably why I get scumread so much when I'm town. Different interpretations of text.

Gif's Touhou 2 game had a 2-player neighborhood that was all scum (yes it was singleball). We all knew learned about the neighborhood, and when one of them was killed, we auto-cleared his neighbor as Town. People were upset; calls were made.

I think modifiers on the neighbor role makes things more fun!

I had a Backup Neighbor in that Mini Normal and it died Night 1, but who knows what it could have accomplished had a Neighbor died first?!
