The only neighborhoods I've seen had two people in them who were unaware of each other's alignments.
Putting those together, I came up with a two-person neighborhood of two scumbuddies who somehow didn't know each other's alignments, even though they'd also have a scum QT/Private Thread. Which made no sense to me. But apparently does to everybody else?
