I would like to mod a game between me and some of my friends. Most of my friends have not played any forum based mafia, so I will probably be running a newbie type game. I have played mafia a few times before, albeit not on mafiascum. The game will only be between me and my friends. Here are some questions I have:
1)What website should I use?
2)What set-up should I use (I am planning to play with 10 people)?
3)What other tips do you have for me?

1) Well, you cant on mafiasvcum, so somewhere else.
2) Reduce it to 9 players and you can do Matrix6 (newbie setup)
3) Be an active mod & be fair to your playersLinks: User Page | GTKAS

If it's a private game, you can practically set up a forum on your own (or use QuickTopic; it's quick and dirty). Figure out a deadline system that works best for everyone, and set expectations for the amount of activity everyone wants to see in the game.
There are setups listed in the wiki. I'd recommend running an approved setup at first, as those have already been tested. Micro setups are for up to nine players, and mini setups are for 10-13 players. Matrix6, if you're not set on having 10 players, is a good starter setup. - Equinox
