We massclaiming?! I haven't read the game, so fresh start with a massclaim ought to be excellent. ^__^

The doc blocker is welcome to block a doc on the doc train, then kill the person they were protecting, but at the end of the day, scum can only kill one person, and the SK can only kill one person. Essentially, where the scum get their kill in makes no difference in the plan. The plan is to protect both vigs and to control where the kills go in order to eliminate players and confirm docs.

Honestly, this plan is very similar to the last Mayo game. If you are having trouble understanding how it works and what the point is, then all I can suggest is that you read that game. Once the plan took effect, the game was won pretty quickly.

Classic scumhunt sounds great, except all that does is create WIFOM and put the vigs in danger.

If the docs protect the vigs, doesn't that mean that some players are uncovered?

Scum have doctors. Therefore, the more doctors are cleared, the greater chance for scum to be cleared...? That "pool" includes mafia, necessarily.

I just don't understand what we're supposed to do afterward. Seemed to me it makes sense to throw all the Vig/SK claims into one pool and have two of them shoot each other and have the third shoot randomly-- then we have a confirmed townie. All the docs protect each other, and the mafia picks one to block and kills it, I guess.

I dunno, when I type it out it doesn't seem any better than just having some of the players completely uncovered like HFitz is suggesting.

Like-- she said last game was broken for the town because they had an SK claim and lynched him. Why would SK be so stupid as to claim here if it's suicide?

is that there isn't just one "real vig"-- you lynch and then you have two vigs-- or, you know you lynch a vig and then have the vig claims shoot each other.

But let's assume what you're saying is true.

If either of you is scum, you'd be buddying the towniest players-- who is that? You'd be distancing each other? Why? Why would, say, scum DN distance from town Haze?
If ONE of you was scum, wouldn't that one buddy the other (being a townie), and distance from his partners? (in this case, daft & whispersilk)
If BOTH of you were scum, yes, you would probably distance from each other.

No, I'm just saying that you have similar outlooks, points of view, motives. I'm not saying you're both scum, or that you're both town, or that you even share an alignment, no, in this case, it's that you share a suspicion.

On Quil, the player who came in and said, "Oh man, I'm 200% sure of Bionic's claim for no reason!" Not having read the rest of the game, I was looking for a good place to stick my hos, I found one.

Okay, well, frankly, bite me. You may find his play town. Your gut is a "terrible reason" for anything. I haven't seen any of his reactions, nor have I seen an explanation as to why they might not be consistent with scum reactions. My Hos is not on him, however, it's on you.
