Just a note that this game is a variant of Texas Justice(?) with the design to PREVENT the same game-breaking that was involved in the setup for that (inclusion of one-shot commute).

I've given it some thought but so far I haven't really thought of anything.

This is the best plan I've seen thus far, except for a few things:

1c) is probably the biggest problem. In that, if I were getting "strung up" N1, I know I'd take a shot because I'm the only one that I know is town.
2b) is also a variant of the above problem, in that as town, letting the collective body decide your shot is subject to scum manipulation.

In the old texas variant, we chain-shot because there was no commute, and was only a problem if chain was a triangle consisting of 2 scum, or square consisting of 2 consecutive scum in the chain, and so on. \


In theory, the plan Dazzy outlined is good, and was one that I had thought of but didn't post due to the above complications.
Lynching with shots is still a good idea IMO, but then we risk rebels and whatnot, which then leads to scum who can easily fakeclaim that they didn't think that person was scum and can then shoot someone else obvtown and get away with it and all and yeah...

Also just a note I'm not going to be active much past Monday due to the start of Team Mafia.

Honestly this might cause other problems. What if the 2nd scummiest is scum, so he'd be happy to shoot the scummiest as long as he wasn't his partner.

The above would be good for us because then a scum shot would have been used up for our purposes.

I was thinking about the setup and I wanted opinions on what people think about no commutes night one? As in if you're town, don't commute. I believe scum are more likely to want to defend themselves in the night one shitstorm. Although me mentioning it could fuck it up now.

Read this game. NS town here is at least interested in trying to discern the alignments of players, while NS here has shown none of that.

I've already stated repeatedly that I'd be fine with the lynch of either of them since it really doesn't make a difference who gets shot and who gets lynched since they're both probably scum.

Lastly Dazzy, normally I would've dropped the hammer had it not been that we had plans that still needed sorting out. Do you think expressing the intent to hammer is scummy? If so, why?
