I would HIGHLY suggest not letting him play in any games you mod unless at least one or two people can vouch that he has vastly improved as a player. Regardless of the situation regarding his replacement, I think it was made clear that PM is very, very bad and honestly shouldn't venture out of the newbie queue for awhile.

That is a habit that I've unintentionally slid into when I've been confirmed before (Marketplace Mafia comes to mind), and it's a habit I try desperately to avoid. I think most of my...laziness in this game is from my own constant self-doubting rather than being confirmed.
