Uugh is right and fair enough, Venmar.

I'm going back to Om with intentions in lynching fitz tomorrow if Om flips town.
Klick, let's get this over with.
Vote Om.

I'm not liking the 'sideliners' not voting right now.
That whole "non committal" thing I was speaking of earlier...

Venmar, want to switch over to fitz?

BK said he would vote Om should Klick not vote him.

Klick, if necessary, you'll get your way with a fitz lynch tomorrow.

I was hoping we could get this over with while Scott is still on so that we can find out if this game is over or not.

The hesitance is making me wonder something.
Do you think its possible that there is more than one scum left?

Klick,

I asked Scott via PM about the draft and confirmed that any PYP game can theoretically have as few as 1 active role, if everyone were to pick the same role as #1 in the draft order.

If you pick a role that has already been picked, you remain vanilla or goon.
That's how it works. The challenge is trying to select what you "think" hasn't already been picked by those in front of you.

IF someone
did
get the "universal backup role", they are a
vengefu
l because pecan was the first PR to die and he was a vengeful.
IF that is the case it's a non issue because if the last remaining scum is now a vengeful we will still win anyway. The worst that will happen is there will be only one town left standing (still a town win).
IF town has it, I'm fine with them keeping that to themselves because if we mislynch there is the chance that they will take out the last remaining scum on the way out.

Also, I doubt Scott would have gone straight to instant night without giving PRs and scum at least a little time to get an initial night action in. This would have been one of those instances that a GM can't really plan for.

But even if your plan had worked, it still wouldn't have changed our number of chances to get it right. Worst case would them be parity and that is still a loss for town, unless you guys do "ties" here. We don't at my regular haunt.

Also, I like the odd number count as it is usually better for town when the total count is an odd number like 9, 7, or 5.
It's easier to find scum among 5 players rather than 6. Also, you would only need 3 votes, instead of 4, so it's easier to read motives.

It's situations like these, at endgame, where numbers do become more and more important.

I have to say that with you having claimed that you "might" still have your 1-shot after the person whom you replaced said adamantly that he had used it up, coupled with the fact that there was only 1 death that night, I am inclined to have Venmar's back on this one just to eliminate ANY possibility of an unforeseen vig-kill which could potentially be still in the works.

PEdit:
Now you appear to be saying you DO have it still (vig kill)

My problem with that is there was only one death the night Arugula claimed to have used it.

I already asked that question, essentailly, and the answer was yes.

If scum have a vig role they may opt to use their NK and their vig kill in the same night.
This WAS while there were 2 scum left, when I asked, but I assume with one scum left standing they soul be allowed to use both because they are essentially separate from one another but still both in the players possession.

Comforting. That was my
Main reason for voting Klick today.
When I had asked Scott the same question, it was whil 2 scum were still in play so I assumed the same would apply, though not asking about this specific instance with only one left in play.

I think there is a good possibility that Rach JK'ed fitz.
With scum unable to simultaneously NK and Vig kill, any possible existence of the role being unused is a mute point, in that we still have 3 chances to lynch scum.

In summary:

I can now be more comfortable with my earlier suspicions that Arugula/Klick, if scum, wouldn't logically lead a second bus in two consecutive days on a scum mate. Therefore I'm back to giving benefit of the doubt by saying it is most probable that he is town.

Judging by my impressions of Rach's rather linear play style, I am also comfortable, for now, assuming that she probably JK'ed fitz.
Meaning he probably isn't scum either.

Elmo doesn't have the benefit of any of these possible scenarios and, I might add, the only lynch wagon which he has been on flipped town. He wasn't on the two consecutive successful scum BW's.
As he is in the top four suspects, I am inclined to suggest voting him today, but I want to reread him in ISO first.

Either way, the last scum is probably between fitz or Elmo.

How about you make a case on me peta? Hint...it won't be a good because I'm not scum. The fact you want to discount a PR and their potential target is weak. Who else do you suspect?

The "potential PR" argument is dead now because it has been confirmed that with one scum left standing, if scum had a unused vig role, it's useless now because they can't use it in conjunction with a NK.
ALSO this definitely clears Klick for me because IF Arugula were scum he WOULD NOT HAVE bused his only scum mate (who he would have needed to perform his special action) if he hadn't used his 1-shot vig role yet.

Therefore I am back to the scenario that Klick is most-likely town and that both Arugula (vig) AND scum essentially 'overkilled' Hoops on night one.

Basic logic dictates this to be the case.

We kinda already did that, but in no real listing order.

1) Cobblerfone (SCUM 1-shot redirector/lynched)
2) Arugula/Klick (claiming 1- shot town vig / also claiming to have used it night 1)
3) RachMarie (confirmed Jailkeeper/town/ deceased)
4) Venmar (claimed VT / tried for JK/Tracker slot)
5) BK (confirmed 1-shot Watcher / town / deceased)
6) pieceofpecanpie (SCUM Vengeful / lynched)
7) Andrew (claimed VT but dont know what he tried for)
8) Hoopla (confirmed VT / deceased)
9) Jal (confirmed town Neighborizer/ deceased)
10) Ser Arthur Dayne/havingfitz (Did you claim, fitz?)
11)Om of the Nom (confirmed VT/ mislynched)
12) Elmo Teh Azn (claimed VT / do not know hat he tried for)
13) Contrapposto (claimed VT / tried for JK/Traker slot)
14) iamusername/PB/petapan (claimed VT...I think)

Okay, in case fitz was telling the truth, look back at the voting patterns.
Anyone on both pecan and Cobbler's wagon should be obvtown.
Anyone on pecan but not on Cobbler, or the other way around may be scum but they would be towards the first half of the wagon, perhaps feeling stuck and unable to move without looking suspect.
Under the circumstances, hammer votes don't make sense for scum to pull, regarding day 1 and 2 lynches, because it's not advantageous for them to put themselves in that position being so outnumbered as a result.

That's where you need to be looking should we find ourselves at LyLo.
Feel free to disagree but I'm just getting my thoughts out there.

The most brilliant scum game in a while!

YOU, and you alone, made that win happen.
Congrats to the scum team!
