The implication is scum may be using goons to more or less bait shots while the vengefuls hang back and play much more cautiously. The vengeful scum are the real power brokers and the key for town victory. To put it another way, the goons are pawns on a chessboard to the vengefuls' queens.

So you think I'm baiting a shot rather than hanging back and playing more cautiously. Other than simply not posting (while v/la) what else have I done to bait a shot in your eyes?

Yes, he was wrong about Victor, but that is not indicative of being wrong about some or even most of his other reads given, one, I agreed with his scumread of Victor, and two, that several other people did as well.

Even if I wasn't, I'm not exactly the type of player who wears his reads on his sleeve, so your best off telling me who you think is scum (or catch them) rather than waiting for me to tell you who I think is scum, and getting referendums going like Nacho. I have a shot in mind but I want to wait a bit before shooting. Rest assured I'd prefer to take my shot long before the two weeks are up.

well now you're doing more damage to town than scum could ever hope to. everyone has their reads/cases pretty well defined by now (or, at least as well defined as they're going to be with the reveals available / people care to MAKE them be) and now we're to the point where everyone is pretty much posting glorified prod dodges, including myself.

Anyway, considering you have the most posts of any living player, it may shock you to hear that your

one of the people I wish to hear more from before I move the game on. So if you wish to prodge until I use my shot, feel free to.

I have to shoot within two weeks of getting the gun, and I have had it for less than 48 hours (so short some people haven't even posted since I got the gun) so I don't feel remotely guilty about not rushing to take my shot.

But personally I'd rather the people who don't wish to play the game do the decent thing and replace out rather than litter the thread with prodges (which frankly is both unsporting and against the spirit of the game in general).
