General Game Rules
1) All site-wide rules apply. Read and respect them.
2) There is no personal communication outside the forum postings (regarding this game) unless your role specifically allows it.
3) Do not quote your Role PM or any private communication (either real or fabricated) with the moderator, co-moderator, backup-moderator, or fellow players. Paraphrasing your Role PM is acceptable.
4) Be courteous and respectful to all your fellow players and the moderating team.
5) Play to your Win Condition.
6) Disregarding the rules may result in consequences up to and including modkill and/or force-replacement.
7) If you need to talk to me in thread, please use bold. Additionally, feel free to PM me with any questions you might have.
8) DO NOT TALK ABOUT OTHER ONGOING GAMES IN THIS GAME.

10) Have fun! This is not optional.
Voting
11) Bold your entire vote or use the VOTE: tags.
12) Your vote should be at the beginning of a line.
13) Unvoting is not required.
14) Once you have reached a simple majority (half of all living players plus one) that person's fate is sealed and they shall be lynched. Unvoting cannot change their fate.
15) If half the living players approve a No Lynch (Vote: No Lynch), then no player shall be lynched and the game shall enter Night Phase. If deadline is reached and no one has received a simple majority of the votes, no one shall be lynched.
16) Once a player is lynched the game enters twilight until I arrive and post a death scene. All players, including the one lynched, may continue to post during Twilight.
Deadlines
17) Days will last approximately 2 weeks.
18) Nights will last approximately 2 days.
19) If you have a night action and do not submit one, you will not take an action. I will not resolve your action on a random person.
20) Prods will be sent after 48 hours. Anyone who has not posted or picked up their prod within 24 hours will be replaced. Anyone with 3 prods may be replaced.

Detainees
, I am happy to tell you that the FBI forensics lab has told us that they have DNA samples of exactly 4 murderers. We will start taking DNA samples from each of you, one each day to see if a match is found. Please decide among yourselves, by voting, who will be the first to be tested.

Texcat brought the lab tech out to the detention center to swab TheShadow's cheek. Be right back with the results.
The lab tech returned with a slip of folded paper. Texcat opened it and read, No Match. TheShadow's DNA did not match the killers. "I am very sorry for your trouble, TheShadow. Thank you for co-operating. I will take you back to Middleton and you can return to your quiet life there."
