so im just gonna say now that i will not be voting NM or gerain today. they are both players that dont do a whole lot day 1. NM doesnt really do much even after day 1. but they both do contribute in their own ways, especially as the game progresses. and they are far too easy for scum to push for free kills early that give town little to no info, and they are much easier to actually read later on, particularly gerain.

from what i can see though zurel's reads line up with yours. so for zurel to be scum either zurel is hardbussing, your reads are terrible, or youre also scum. unless you think zurel is just being opportunistic hopping on a tgp's wagon and the scumread isnt genuine?

so to the people who think its both zurel and TGP, do you think zurel is bussing? zurel stated a scumread before the wagon formed, and imo created the momentum for the wagon going from a couple early votes to a proper wagon.

i will say zurel was a little to quick to give me townpoints. its very easy for scum to get townpoints for saying we shouldnt policy lunch. i dont like the counterwagon on zurel, especially from people who think TGP is scum. zurel is asking questions but isnt playing the noobcard for townpoints. if anything zurel is playing down the extent to which they want townpoints by denying that they are that new. i think zurel is town here.

rockhopper is kinda the most obvscum atm, dunno why rockhopper is getting a pass for hopping on zurel. its sus too that rockhopper votes zurel who a bunch of people were shading when the wagon is on TGP.

i could see all three of them being scum. i dont see any reason why herta is scum with the other two in particular though. golden is probably scum and rockhopper's reaction to the wagon is strange and not genuine. it feels like posturing around a wagon because TMI rather than solving.

Golden is trying too hard to justify a NM lim today. NM lim on day 1 are 100% always just low content PLs that do nothing. I proposed the idea to see reactions as well as to suggest something in case the game stalled sometime today. I'm sitting on this wagon for the rest of today unless someone else does something terribly scummy.

I noted this before when Rockhopper brought it up but I'd like to go in depth here.

It would make 100% sense for this to be the case but the reason why I don't think this happened was due to placement of reads and how hard Zurel went on those reads. If I'm trying to hide my buddy as a scumread, am I really doing it as my top number one scumread and then not committing to making sure that scumread is lynched? The problem I have with this buss theory is that it's a half-assed bus and I think I'd see a newbie going too hard rather than too soft (more experienced players do the opposite in what I like to think of a 'poker face' gambit because they realize what is at stake if they lose a partner. I don't think newbies have that same knowledge).

The lack of interaction with Golden and the noticeable kind of avoiding Golden but slightly agreeing with consensus with the "yikes" makes me think high partner equity. Scum bin for you, sir.

The closest I've seen to greater than/less than 3 scum was a game that just ended where there were 3 mafia except one was a traitor.

its not a rule. its possible to have 4 goons and 9 very strong townies etc. its just very rare. by far the most common is 10-3

Town is paranoid and scared. Aint no town out there handing out town passes for no legit reason. Taylor's entrance post DID NOT say absolutely ANYTHING about her.

no, i repeat on a couple people. i have two townreads (rock, you) and two townleans (taylor, jackson) but i see why it might have been confusing. taylor's entrance post definitely said things about her, and i townread them. entrances are hard to fake well, which is why it's easier to get good reads near the beginning of the game.
