It was my serious random vote.Amished wrote:@Raiv: Serious vote or Random?
What was confusing to you about Anon's argument ?HellnFire666 wrote:
Well, I thought I gave my vote enough reason for it not to just be a bandwagon. However, looking back on it, I misunderstood Anon's argument. I now understand it. I also see that you gave yourself an easy out off the wagon (no means a final vote). I thought that Anon explained his vote relatively ok; what more of a case are you looking for?Unvote.Digestion only feeds...This abomination breathes!-

Ok I'll explain in more detail my vote now.
It was random in the way that I didn't find Starbuck scummy
It was serious because I wanted to see the reponses it would get. I figured it would be more than just a random vote on anyone else.
I only had read the first page and saw that Starbuck had a wagon and there was discussion about it already.
I think wagons are a good thing, just look at the discussion this one has generated.
That being said I liked Starbucks responses and now that i've explained my vote was for wagon sakes only it kinda loses it's meaning. I was hoping to wait a little longer till the inactives posted but oh well.

This one. When I first saw it, I thought you were just bandwagon voting just to vote, but now I understand you wanted to start real discussion/put pressure, so I'm fine with that, so I unvoted.Anon wrote:Pretty simple.
I think a third vote on someone is way more valuable than a random vote on anyone's else.
Do you agree/diosagree?
But what's the big difference in bandwagon voting and voting for pressure, aren't they kinda the same thing?Digestion only feeds...This abomination breathes!-

Unvote
She pretty much nailed what I was doing with my vote
That was what I was doing. Just because the game was on page 3 when I got to a computer to post does not mean I can't come in say something funny on my first post. I had to say something after mod called us jabronis.Starbuck wrote: Why wouldn't they put out an RVS vote? Why are you assuming that they wouldn't?
They could easily come in and say, "Hey guys, my bad for being late. Here's my RVS vote, ha ha ha. Off to catch up".
You are assuming things way too easily. I'm not comfortable with that.

Eh, well, voting for pressure doesn't neccesarily have to be on a bandwagon, because for example, at the beginning of a day I could vote for someone whose actions at the end of the day yesterday seemed scummy, in order to try to make them explain their actions. Also, bandwagoning doesn't have to be for pressure, some people do it to move the game along or they are too lazy to scumhunt for themselves, so they follow the bandwagons.Raivann wrote:

probly Hellnfire & chauch.Raskol wrote: Raivann--- Pretend deadline is now. Who is most likely to be scum, to the best of your knowledge?
Hell because I don't think Anon's posts were confusing and his unvote seems fishythefish to me.
Chauch because her questions seem fake.
Actually it did. The question was what I liked about her responses.Chauch wrote: I don't believe that answered the question. How did she nail what you were doing with your vote? What were you looking for in her responses?
I already answered first question.
Are you just asking questions to ask questions?
I was looking for a certain poetic rhythm in her response, not.
I was looking for scumtells, What do you think I was looking for?
And It wasn't just her responses I'm looking at, it's everyones.
Kinda like how Amished is trying to imply that it's somehow scummy to make a random vote on page 3 with my first post. But right now now i'm chalking that up to Amished not having a sense of humor.Digestion only feeds...This abomination breathes!-

blah, blah RVS blah, blah RVS...Amished wrote:His vote on a wagon, apparently for wagoning's sake (read: Anon in 21, Raiv in 58, and then with Raiv's reasoning in 99 (looking for responses by bandwagoning) pretty much exactly mirrors Anon's (likes to bandwagon in 29/40).
His question to Raskol (138) that Raskol asked to a couple other people (109).
@chau: My questioning of Anon in 30 isn't the start of a line of questioning about the whole situation I suppose?
For the thing about Raiv's vote: I knew we were out of the RVS. Starbuck knew that we were out of the RVS (which didn't actually matter as she questioned an RVS vote by Anon). Somebody that didn't have a post yet and replaced in (Raskol) knew that the game was out of the RVS. That's just people I asked. If so many people knew that we were out of the RVS, why would you put out a random vote? He even said it was serious *afterwards* for looking for reactions; and not random.
Yes, there's two veins in there. Starbuck's questioning of one RVS vote and not another (since she read Raiv's as RVS as well) and Raiv's not reading all 2.5 pages of the game and knowing that we're not random. Can I not talk to a brick wall here?Digestion only feeds...This abomination breathes!-

I still dont like Dev's case on xRx yesterday and I could see Hell random voting his scumbuddy like he did with Devestation.
Vote:Devestation
Actually it was Anon who politely requested someone unvote, so I did.Amished wrote: The name that comes up first from memory of trying to slow down the wagon was Raiv.
Dev. tried slowing down wagon the most with his case riddled with holes against xRx.Digestion only feeds...This abomination breathes!-

When others that I've never played with get told that I have a scummy town meta, they never believe it. I, personally, would like when I'm town to be read as pro-town, and not vice versa.

Unvote,Vote:Dramonic
Dramonic's only vote all game has been for hell.He WAS very sure of Hell's flip and has called me scum w/no reason other than I voted Starbuck. I think that pretty much raps up Dram's posts.

I need more from you. Pics or it didn't happen.
Starbuck seems least geniune to me, sure she had a longer case on Dramonic but what does that mean?
I also dont like her xRx vote seems omgusy.
So atm-if Dev flips scum , I like Star as final scumbaggio.
If Dev flips town I think town leaders VP/ Amished need a closer look.
I like xRx and Anon as town. I believe xRx just from the vibe of his posts, and I've been finding myself agreeing with Anons posts.Digestion only feeds...This abomination breathes!-

What if they were only 2 scum ?Amished wrote:... He's a double voter. Nobody else counter-claimed (nor died as a DV) and we hammered several times with him on the wagon and not the required number of "bodies", so to speak.
