Here's what makes no sense to me about dogpiling on the fact that bjc mentioned a color for his role. Put yourself in his shoes. You have extensive experience playing a game on a website where the roles are often colored. You then decide to make a flippant statement about your alignment in a game. Do you

A:

open up your role PM (for reasons unknown) before typing the comment or

B:

say the first thing that pops into your head.

Townie bjc has no reason to carefully inspect his role pm. Scum bjc who was trying to use some kind of role pm color trickery to gain town cred would have checked out his pm first and guess what--if townie role PMs are not green, I bet scum role PMs are not red.

I don't see this as a scum tell at. all. Further, his meltdown seems sincere to me.

Reinoe's tunnel here bothers me a lot.
