I've played a few games with Radja where he's been town (I also think he's had a public alt) and the slow start isn't normal. I've not played a scum game with him.
Also, I really didn't like it because it seemed like fake pressure - it was clearly a response to Radja not having engaged with the thread, but they didn't follow through with it. Why is it odd that I disliked that?
You seem to be finding a lot of things vaguely suspicious yourself, but aren't contributing a huge amount of content aside from that- do you wanna ask me anything, because there's a lot of noise in the thread.-

@Radja, I think you've done pretty decently in games we've shared. Also, thanks for the link that looks like Woody's probably town, oh no and also makes me feel a bit better about your slot. Also, have you had many other scum-games?
I'm not really feeling the Ciara scum-read.
@Pista, Eventi - top scum and town read rn?

Who are you voting and why?
The first part of this question is obviously a joke, but the 2nd part is quite serious.
You, bc I thought you were prodding at way too many people for some insignificant reasons. However, your response to Garmr and your posts on this page have mostly changed my mind - specifically your post about wagons, seems really town-orientated and the first time I've agreed with you.
So,
UNVOTE:
@Nacho, I clearly meant 'rvs' and I wanted work out how Thor could be confident of his reads this early (which seemed a little scummy) bc I can't. All that was kinda clear to me, though...
I much prefer your alternative response to Radja! A threat of a vote seems easy and non-committal, your comment actually seems like content. As to Dave, I'm not sure what he didn't like, and how much. Again, it's a commitment thing.
Woody - oh no - bc he's going to keep posting sooo much and making the thread all noisy.

It is exactly what I was doing. I was rushing to get a large wagon.
How does it hurt town?
I didn't say it hurt town, just that I fail to see how it helps town.
Also, to expound upon why I think your first post was weird, it sounds an awful lot like "Hey mod, you know why I'm voting *wink wink*." This makes it sound like you had a dialogue before the game, which would only be possible for scum.
Lol, no.
In post 242, Thor665 wrote:In post 241, pistachi0n wrote:I'm reading her null right now. I'm not opposed to a wagon on principle.
Since your current vote is an unsupported one on me, and I am absorbing a fair shake of town reads (and some scum ones - but they are scattered, unsure, and not pushing me) I would submit the idea that the wagon on me is, as they say, going nowhere fast.
Conversely - the Ciara one has a fair bit of attention in the thread, has some active detractors, and multiple supporters, and is a great place to mine for info.
So...why not vote it and at least read for reactions, especially as you don't really have a push you're excited enough in to be actively pushing?
@Thor, who is scum-reading you and why?-

Thor is town bc of his response to my question about who is scum-reading him and why. Garmr is a gut read, and a really odd one - some of it is meta, based on the Ori game, some of it is the fact that he's saying what I'm thinking at points.
Pista just seems really reachy for me, but it's a weak read and I'll move to karmic if I need to closer to deadline. I'm worried about the lurkers, too :S-

More like past RVs I swear your not even reading karmics case or just flat out ignoring it.
Yeah, it wan't RVS, though. Karmic's case on Woody was not rvs, and was a) based on tone and b) used weird, AtE phrases like 'gaslighting'. The first time she mentions Ciara is in the same post she votes her. They then sit on the fence over the Woody wagon (unvoting, but still saying it's a good wagon), weird town-reads on me and Dave for shit reasons, an attack on Garmr who I think is good town, and a bit lamist with the l-2.
In post 320, davesaz wrote:Bellaphant, why do your vote and unvote posts never seem to have a comment on the person you are voting / unvoting? It's very disconcerting.
Ok, noted. It's a thought process thing - I'm less confident of one read, but not always 100% on another. I maybe need to play faster and looser with my vote in general.

I'll gladly admit that I reached a little on Ciara. Thor asked for a Ciara vote, I thought about it for a sec, re-read a couple of Ciara's posts, decided there wasn't much content in them, and voted. Day 1, you reach.
I still like the vote, though. I'll probably get crucified for saying this, but Ciara has withdrawn a ton and posted even less when I put pressure on her. I won't use the "L" word again, but she's become even more passive since this wagon on her started.

I am also curious about this. Bella seems afraid to be too verbose.
Aaaand things like this are still 'reachy' - you are implying, what, that I don't wanna be caught making statements bc I'm worried of slipping? But instead of saying that you are making a random value judgement. Nah.
VOTE: Karmic-

That would be a waste of a cop ability when Silver's lynch would clear me and my lynch would implicate Silver.
I agree that lynching you would implicate Silver, but lynching Silver would not necessarily clear you because, even if Silver flips mafia role cop, you could still be scum because mafia know each other's roles.
Therefore, I maintain that lynching Pista is the better choice in this scenario, but I would still like to hear from Silver first.
You wanna lynch a claimed town PR over a guilty result, because....they might be buss-ing? What? What would be her motivation for doing that. The fact Pista knows her lynch would implicate Silver and would be prepared for that is very towny, but we don't need to lose a PR - if we lynch Silver and she flips town, do you really think Pista is living through the next day?-

I think Garmr is right - Thor being town would have drawn some sort of watch/protection. Although I haven't set the town alight this game at all, I had pretty good town-reads. My ping on Nacho was hella weak, though. I dunno if me being a kill means a less experienced scumteam/someone who's played with me when I've had a better game. Hmmm..-
