But I think there's a decent chance that Jake accidentally caught scum for the wrong reason and Fire panicked. He reads like scum who is annoyed he was caught for the wrong reason, not like town who made a mistake.

Right now, my thoughts are not on scumhunting, they are on townhunting.

(But in case they're not: generating Town reads as a scum is trivial, since no lying is required and no huge stretching of the truth. You just declare the people you know are town to be town. Fire's confusion was unfounded, as it was clear who replaced who in this game.

I made the assumption that fire had the ability to read and comprehend what he was reading so I do not understand how he got confused, and I still don't know how he got confused. Instead of admitting he made some sort of reading mistake or something, he just kept arguing that it happened.

It wasn't clear to me at the time even though it said in the post, because several people were getting replaced at the time.

I expect mod to notify game with post of who is getting replaced with who.
I quickly glanced in replacements thread saw taht Klingon was joining game than went into our game and saw no announcement and posted about that.
