So put the most townie bodyguard on you, and then who cares what the bodyguards on the VTs are. You check someone and hopefully hit town in order to get another confirmed town we can bodyguard.

Yea this is their response. I got bad vibes from the post. The way they said that their thought process was fluider than mine pinged me sorta. They didn't really explain their thought process, just said they "did catchup" and then said that their way of doing things was townier.

Bella dying is fortuitous for me because I had very little read there, and this helps a lot. Someone I was surer was town dying would have been relatively uninformative

Bella kill also means that whoever scum is, doesn't feel particularly in danger from anyone, and doesn't want to upset the power struggle in the day game

OR, paranoia to the max, I have a theory:
-Titus/fourtrouble was never the weak bodyguard, but is scum
-the real weak big knows that, but chose not to counter claim and just tried to stay hidden to reveal max results at once
-Titus therefore has no results to report and is being coy about it
-the mod is being very resistant to leading me to believe FT ever had an action
-Titus is also being very resistant to following any plan I create
-scum took a best guess at real weak big last night killing Bella

Regarding the nightkill: Scum went to great lengths to avoid killing in the bodyguard pool today. They avoided killing zakk, who was extremely active and made a case against TTH on Day 1. Regarding TTH & Apricity: Apricity's been pretty overlooked pretty much the whole game so you're not going to find much disproving any pairing with her in it. Apricity was the first person to vote TTH yesterday, but it was something that didn't really feel like a commanding vote. Doesn't really lean me either way. I think RC's probably right--Bellaphant was a weird nightkill. I was rethinking my townread of her overnight given the TTH flip.

Regarding bodyguards: Expedience is a better fit for TTH's partner than BNL is. Expedience has been a pretty aggressive player this game. Just skimming through is iso, he called Bellaphant, dwlee, me, Performer, and RC all some form of "probably scum" yesterday. To be fair, there are a few other VT claims like zakk and Apricity that he's been pretty lenient on, and he can't be partners with all of them. But he was very lenient on TTH. He explicitly said he didn't like the lynch, and 1575 feels like scumpartner pseudo-defending TTH. Still, I'm not sure if we should lynch in the BG pool today.

For the most part I still believe what I said in 1627. My town reads on RC and Zakk have kind of diminished mostly from pure paranoia, but yea

so now we are forcing scum to kill within Asphodel/Expedience/Me
So if they take out a bodyguard, I am confident enough in bnl town we can lynch the scum bodyguard. And if they kill me performer becomes confirmed scum and we lynch him.

Cause here's how I am seeing it:
Scum out themselves either way. If they kill me performer is confirmed scum, if they kill performer because they think I'm the traitor they just killed the scum.
If they kill in who is being protected they outed themselves as scum.

Okay, so, if apricity flips town we don't put

any

bgs in performer or myself because they can't kill in the vts anyway without outing the goon/traitor. Because of this we put the bgs on the bodyguards so that if:
You die: BNL becomes confirmed scum
BNL dies: Asphodel becomes confirmed scum
Asphodel dies: Expedience is confirmed scum
and finally
Expedience dies: He either ends up flipping traitor or town we would have mislynched anyway, which leaves us the options between bnl and asphodel and since I'm very sure of bnl town we can lynch asphodel as he is most likely to be scum if expedience is town.
If apricity flips scum:

Expedience on titus
BNL on Me
Asphodel on Performer
(Or however you want to mix these bodyguards up)
This protects all the confirmed town (performer and I become confirmed town with an apricity scum flip)
and forces scum to kill someone in the bodyguard pool.

Like it was a matter of "I want all of these 4 people lynched I prefer apricity lynched first in vts expedience in the bgs but I dont really care what order it is" If you can see where Im coming from? Like it didnt matter to me because as long as those 4 people died with the 4 lynches we had.
