I was following this game. Was rather surprised to see a scum-Thor lynch D1 as that doesn't happen very often but I liked Allyra's push + the replace out + Orc convincingly driving home the lynch was a pretty big combination of different factors that led to it. Curious to see if Thor has thoughts about it.

Ironically, I was quite unsure of the Thor lynch, because I didn't get quite the same feeling as I got from Thor in the other game where I was hard-pushing him and he was scum, but he was both times.

Thor definitely has a very interesting way of doing things. Some of his comments day 1 were like "holy crap, that is one of the most scummy things I've heard someone say." Posts like 46 to be specific.

I don't think I've been given permission to release the scum qt, so it stays private for now. I'll check with the mafia team in PMs to confirm and, if they say yes, I'll edit them in and bump the thread again.

I had a game journal written up through the majority of Day 2, but most of that has been covered by other players either in obs or through in-game analysis and not much of what I wrote is worth noting at this point.

Town really did kind of kill itself this game, though. A couple of things to note:

Just because you think things aren't going your way, doesn't mean that the game is over when thread sentiment is against you. Zebulin actually had a bunch of huge advantages over killerjester in the finale; namely, that acryon trusted him over the only other possible lynch that day and the fact that he revealed the information he had as soon as he had it. I do feel like he got frustrated with being universally scumread for so long, and this is probably why he lost sight of the things that kept him in the game up to that point.

Associative reads do not make a good case. There are very few instances where one can link parts of a scumteam together, and voting together is certainly not among them, especially when two players are voting together on town when no mafiosos are up for lynch.

The trust-telling issue was being handled during Day 4. The listmods were getting involved by the time you guys lynched Boon, which actually made everyone's lives way easier. So there's a silver-lining, because we're not sure what the alternative would have been. The game being abandoned/cancelled was a real possibility.

It was a fun game to read through and I'm glad people enjoyed it. I'm going to start creating another setup, just in case anyone is interested.

Also Zebulin townslipped during mylo and it's kind of weird that he got lynched.

It could have been faked, maybe, but probably not by a newer player who never rolled scum before.

I had fun. I pushed Zebulin too hard. I really don't see how my 'anti-town' antics couldn't be see from a town perspective also. I was baffled. Should have stuck with my lynch pool...haha.
