We pick up from where left off.

~collective gasp~
"Avenge meeeeeee!" a voice moaned as the table shook a bit, the glasses quivered and the lights flickered.
~another bigger, more collective gasp~
Talitha was the first to speak up. "I think it's the spirit of Mgm. I felt a protective aura around me last night. Maybe it was him."
"Praised be!" said Thoth, "Looks like she was doing his duty till the last. And successfully too."
Suddenly, Thoth turned a distinct color of green and his eyes glazed over.
A voice in his head says,
"I'm the young, handsome Dr. Phillip Kent, thank you. And that implies I am male. Last I checked, I was too. Then again, who knows who or what ghosts are. Still, I prefer to be addressed as 'he'. Remember that or I'll haunt you."
A naughty giggle is heard somewhere. Everyone wonders if there are more spirits wandering about the place. A shiver passes through everyone.
Eventually, people start to recover. There is a babble of noises. Accusations start being flung everywhere.
Thoth is under fire initially and there is some talk of him being strung up on principle for being chauvinistic but the ladies present are darlings and don't quite go along with the threat.
Rick and Talitha exchange a few jabs on the basis of each other's beady eyes.
Finally, mole, who seems to have gone underground, is bandwagonned and dug up from under the chair where he has been hiding since the table shook.
Mole sputters something about a town of moles and living in harmony and more idealistic crap like that. He is let off for the moment as the attention turns back to Rick and his beady eye. Having gotten over the initial shock of the death and the paranormal visit, Rick seems to have developed an appetite and he's wolfing down bacon and eggs and is not quite attentive to what's happening around him and the lynch mob thats forming.
Finally, mole gathers up a bit of courage and some wits about him.
"Talitha did it!" he says.
"Wha?!" she exclaims, "That's tright. Blame it on me. The oldest cliché in the book. The butler did it!
But you know what? I believe you, even though your name does not inspire much confidence, you harlequin. Why? Because of the way you phrased your result. I'm a snoop too. And Thoth is guilty."
And so began a daisy chain of snoops "pointing" fingers at others.
Funnily enough, the cookie monster intervenes and starts the kiddie game of who stole the cookies from the cookie jar. It just sums it all up doesn't it?
Once upon a time, there was a jar full of cookies. One day, the mod went to get a cookie and they were all gone. He wondered....
Who took the cookies from the cookie jar?
Tally took the cookies from the cookie jar.
Who me? Yes you.
Couldn't be. Then who?
I think Thothie took the cookies from the cookie jar.
Thoth said, "Me too, me too!. Tigris is evil. She's a thorn in our sides!"
Quailman, who had always been suspicious of Rick's discreet activities, waited eagerly to see if Tigris had found women's underwear in a 42 long in his baggage. Now one wonders if Quail was at all suspicious or he was planting evidence, or he was just looking to swipe some soft knickers. Let's not dwell on that, because unfortunately, Tigris had visited Nori, who was guilty as hell...er...as well. "And no," added Tigris, "I'm no thorn in your side. The name's Thorne, Rose Thorne."
Ever the serious one, Nori refused to play the cookie game.
("Aww!" moan the kiddies.)
He said he was no investigator and was sure that they'd find scum somewhere in the daisy chain.
And so, the hunt began. It was rather slow going but eventually, the group circled around for the kill. The target: Tigris.
She was put into the care of the local police on charges of suspected homicide. On searching her room, they found nothing really incriminating. Just a few mystery novels, the regular make up kit, a few fashionable clothes and a hat.
