Current Update: nard054 (Jennifer Lopez - Serial Killer) has been lynched! Game Over!

Welcome to the glitzy town of Hollypop… mansions and swimming pools everywhere! Everyone here is a famous pop-star (aren't they?) - (no-one else could afford the house prices)!
Lately, however, there's been more than a hint of trouble in paradise… shadowy figures have been lurking around after dark…. graffiti has been appearing on the walls of the stately mansions, far too disgusting and offensive to repeat here….. and to cap it all off, yesterday Jessica Simpson's pet chihuahua was found dead in her front yard - well, parts of it were found, the head and tail are still missing. Police are very concerned and are urging the residents of Hollypop to be on their guard…

A lone driver in a black Mercedes rounds a corner just as a woman in Versace designer dress walks home towards her mansion. The driver's eyes widen as the target comes in sight, and the Mercedes accelerates….. THUMP!
"What a waste… that stain will never come out", murmers the driver, at the sight of the blood-splattered Vesace dress in the rear-view mirror.

3.17 am
A slim, dark figure appears from the shadows and inspects the body in the gutter. It's definitely the target…. is she dead already? One bullet to the head makes sure of it….

Citizens of Hollypop, PBuG (Kylie Minogue - pro-pop) has been brutally murdered! I suggest you do something about ridding the evil from your midst - and quickly!

The residents of Hollypop all crowd around vIQles and start to pelt him with their mobile phones. He dodges a few missiles and tries to answer his critics calmly… but the crowd are out for blood, the horrific murder of Kylie is still fresh in their minds.

The mob jostle him and some safety pins and and a knife fall out of his trouser leg… "AHA!", someone shouts, "He's not a pop star….... he's a PUNK! GET HIM!!!"

Someone slaps him across the face and his mouth forms into a sneer. He starts to spit and yell and swear. He is still screeching obscenities when a swinging handbag hits him across the head with full force, and he is silenced forever.

The day dawns in Hollypop. The residents are feeling rather pleased with themselves after ridding their town of a nasty piece of work the previous day. They drag themselves out of bed at the very civilized hour of 3pm and meet at everyone's favourite restaurant for a breakfast of champagne and chocolate covered coffee beans (non-fat of course).
The champagne flows freely in celebration when they realise that everyone has survived the night! That is until someone brings up a sobering point: Sid Vicious didn't own a gun, or a Mercedes. That means that Kylie's killers are still amongst them….

Stupid is spending another quiet night, drinking coffee and working on her new album.
The doorbell rings and Stupid goes to the door. She is quite startled when she sees who it is…

"I hope I'm not interrupting. I want to have a chat about us putting out a single together", the visitor says with a huge smile.

"That's fine. I can take a break. The songs for my new album are really coming along. I think this one's going to be better than Jagged Little Pill! Come in."

Stupid shows her guest into the lounge, then disappears into the kitchen to fetch a second cup of coffee. When she returns the guest is reclining on the couch and wearing a strange looking smirk.

Stupid decides to get straight to the point. "What's your idea for the song together? I wouldn't have thought that our styles were all that compatible…"

The guest takes a sip of coffee and waits for Stupid to do the same. "Oh - you're right, I suppose. I don't know what I was thinking about. Us doing a song together… it doesn't make any sense, does it? I mean… especially seeing as you'll soon be dead!"

About now, Stupid realises that her coffee tastes odd.
"What did you ghrhg… hmnfh… huagrhrghurgh… URGHLRRGMMMGH!!.. hurgmmgrrlghl…… hm…….. grl…… ha…… a…………."

The guest watches for a few minutes until Stupid stops convulsing, then quietly slips away into the night.

The Pop Stars totally rocked this game!

I agree! I was very impressed. And I really did not expect the 2 cops, doctor, role blocker, nurse to all live until the last day. It was partly luck, but a lot of clever moves by the doc and role-blocker. (It might have been a completely different outcome if 2 important pro-town roles had died on Night 1.)

I can't really blame you for lynching Jolle, it was the obvious move. Sorry Jolle that I asked you to sub into the game in that position! I thought he played really well under the circumstances.

Also, "Forever" is a Black Sabbath album, according to gracenote.com! It was deliberately obscure though.
