Opportunistic. Shows potential scumminess. Something to keep an eye on.
shows potential scumminess doesn't cut it I'm afraid. neither does opportunistic really. we're in rvs; how is this opportunistic?
wagons are a good way of finding out someone's alignment, so why shouldn't we wagon soren?-

So why do you have a problem with me keeping an eye on toffee?
I find running up an rvs wagon for no reason as suspicious. I find in my experience that scum like to run up early wagons.
And if you want to run up sorens wagon, why not vote for him?
well it looks like you're setting yourself up to scumread bbt in the future. it's also not really that scummy?
can you point to these games where you have experienced scum building early rvs wagons? this seems like a very sweeping statement you are saying to fit your line of reasoning behind attacking bbt because town quite often do it too.
i'm not voting yet because I'm questioning you.-

nope!
pedit; there is no reason. I just find your accusations a bit off base. this is not me saying bbt is town, that read will come, but I feel like your early stance on him was unjustified.
there is as much of a relationship between me and bbt as there is between you and soren. make what you will of that-

farside wrote:
Fair enough. I notice people that question the wagons like dragon and are town.

well i didn't think his reasoning carried much weight. his answers to my questions didn't really carry much either

38 - Dragon, you seem to have a problem with Mac but maintain your RVS vote on me. Any reason for this?
52 - Dragon, why did you question Anti's vote but not Farside's?
this post seems to focus alot on dragon, save for the first question which is reaching ALOT and generally not a very good point. did you not have any non-dragon thoughts?
In post 82, farside22 wrote:Well I voted Mac because I felt he was making a mountain out of a molehill.
My experience with dragon thus far is he has foot in mouth disease and a few other things I want to say but on going game prevents me from continuing that thought process.
how is making a 'mountain out of a molehill' as you call it scum-motivated, and how is more likely to come from scum than town?
also, saint's posts either side of this post from farside aren't good at all. he backs out of his farside vote quickly, then backs out of his enjoyment of my posts even quicker. really strange.
what do you think of what I mentioned above?
In post 98, Soren wrote:And Vile was obviously lieing about the double and triple vote thing now.
well... duh? i thought it was pretty obviously rvs shenanigans. i don't know why you needed some sort of clarification from vilewhirl when the first votecount would either prove or disprove the 'claim' (i almost feel bad calling it that) also, I can't decide if your "holy shit, who was spider-man?" reads fake or not.
vilewhirl wrote:im still waiting for macs vote.

okay, even if there was a doc claim, why the heck would a townie even hint at that? Even completely joking it would be in bad form. Granted I don't know anyone who would claim doc day 1 when we are barely out of RVs.
what the fuck is this? my eyes burned just reading it.
BooKitty wrote:Mac, can you give me a brief "state of the game" update from your perspective? Also, what information do you think people usually get from wagons on Day One?
you're about to get it with this post. well, you can form reads off wagons and it could potentially be helpful for vca later on in game.
i thought that was a pretty self explanatory answer to be honest, and i wonder why you felt the need to ask it

soren wrote:This post makes you town. When you adopt the role of town leader it makes you look really town.
Saint's fluff and personal attacks =/= scum. I actually think he's pretty town from it.
dragonspawn is barking up the wrong tree. mainly because i dont finding creating wagons particularly scummy.
mac doesnt appear to be taking a strong stance
farside is town
and null for the rest
these are some really wishy-washy reads, especially the bookitty one. what makes bookitty's attempt to 'lead' the town a pure town action? why can't scumkitty pull this stunt?

Curious, farside, what about my post was out of place? I was behind so a lot of stuff was behind but how does that facilitate me being scum?

For me it was vague. The I like x view and could see bbt scum comment.
Sticking with Soren and saying it's better with really moving forward.
Basically it reads as willing to jump on a wagon at anytime and gives you that freedom without saying anything of value
Right. So instead of actually jumping on the wagon, i'm sc because i expressed not being happy with bbt's play but not enough to move my vote off soren.
how in the holy high earth is that scum? All I said was essentially yea, I don't like BBT but I much prefer Soren and I also don't like saint.

because it takes a really passive attitude of approval towards the lead wagon, which inherently is more likely to come from scum (calculated inaction)
ehhhh no it's not in this case but whatever. yes I approved the wagon but i'd rather stick with trying to a build a soren one. < two wagons is not a bad thing. i genuinely can't believe we wouldn't be having this discussion if i had voted bbt. there's no logic in that. you're town, but you're being really stupid here and you've quite possibly gave bbt a way out of being lynched.

i'm going to file this question in the under 'posting to look busy' category. farside can scumread more than one person, and vote more than one scumread. i feel like this is a veiled "why vote me??" post too.
i like saint alot better for #694. the frustration in that post feels genuine, and i feel his pain for coming from another forum on to here (as i'm sure most of us have)

hey come on man. i am a superhero. we are all superheroes.

If he's town, we get an easy wagon analysis tomorrow after scum pushes the easy mislynch. If he's scum, we lynched scum Day 1. Win/win.
PEDIT - Soren, gork posted them like a few minutes ago.

guy feels like hes intentionally hiding behind a tunnel to avoid talking about literally anything else.
i dont know if 11 hours is enough time to be making a full CW from scratch though.
i might just have to settle for isodiving mac and seeing if theres actually a case worth pushing there.
if you don't scumread me now you won't after isoing me. i will accept being today's lynch if it comes to it, but 12 hours is plenty of time to swing a wagon. i'll be here until we have at least 2 to go before i will head to bed, and i'm sure others will come and go as the timezones reach morning-

i think shinobi might be a good lynch based on the fact his iso contains diddly squat reasoning for voting me, yet he keeps trying to push me as though he believes i'm scum including asking people to vote me. it looks like he's trying to use me as a compromise but hasn't articulated why it should be me.
other than i didn't post for a few days, which we've already established was because i declared v/la that seemingly no one cares about-

abr's iso contains no references to a bookitty reads prior to his vote. he puts it down to gut, and he's already done that in this game with a vote on me (no mention of me before it) which is something you picked up on bbt.
if you're town bbt (which i think is pretty high given the last page or so) then it looks like he's hiding behind town (you) driving a bookitty wagon-
