Voting and Deadline Rules:

5. All night actions must be submitted by PM or a relevant private topic. I greatly prefer PM.
6. In the case of five consecutive phases with no deaths, all factions who have not yet achieved their win condition lose.

I cannot comment on the presence or absence of a role in this setup, but the following is true of all

strongmen. Variants are possible and fair game.

Standard strongmen cannot be stopped by roleblocking or protective abilities. Their targets can be changed via redirecting roles, however.

I'd especially like feedback on the flavor. I'm generally shit at flavor, so I tried something substantially different this time around. Hopefully it was enjoyable!

I don't think the game was

that

scum-sided. The loverizer, if played well, doubles the chances of town lynching mafia in any given day with successful pairings. That's significant pro-town power. The scum had essentially no power - even-night tracker is equivalent to a one-shot tracker and practically useless against this particular town (mostly to find loverizer). The masons operate as two conf-town.

Town mislynched three times in a row and were directly responsible for a fourth town death (the town directed loverizer). Four town-directed kills of townies in a row will spell doom in any Mini Theme.

I'd definitely change some things, of course. The loverizer mechanic was very experimental and ... well, couldn't have predicted how it was used here! heh

I think that this game was slightly scum-sided due to how much freedom scum had to fake claim given site meta. I didn't consider how important that could be in designing this setup. But honestly, I don't at all mind punishing setup speculation of the nature "all setups must have a town investigative" et al.

Disagree that town should lynch the loverizer for the same reason that you shouldn't no lynch every day to prevent town deaths. Optimal loverizer strategy is to pair two scum reads which is definitely pro-town.
