Unlocked power roles or blocked scum actions.

The protests unlocking PRs was the idea to make up for a weak town.

One shot neighborizer
Block rolecop (scum finds out protests)
Block daychat

Scum had a vanillaizer in case the BP made it to lylo. Blocking roles (with scum having the ability to swap roles) were the weakest. Scum never used the jailkeep, so voting to block it was no problem.
