Well, I wouldn't at all be surprised if some main characters were safe claims for scum. Eight main characters plus about a half dozen actual Tantalus crew members should easily allow for some main character safe claims.

Flavor speaking, I wouldn't be surprised if Zidane wasn't in the game just so Kuja could safe claim him depending on the setup (like if there is a flavor cop instead of an actual cop for example). Obviously complete speculation on my part, but just trying to show that claiming a main character shouldn't necessarily buy anyone instant town credit. Good mods use a major character or two as safe claims for scum.

Toogeloo seems really bad to me. There is only three pages, absolutely true. But they were good pages ,pretty decent pages.
